ISO 12912:2014 establishes a vocabulary of terms and a system of classification for circular knitting machines used in the textile industry for the production of weft-knitted fabrics.

ISO 11676:2014 defines terms and marking of pattern disks and patterns chains for warp knitting machines.

ISO 13435:2011 specifies dimensions and tolerances for bars for drop wires for electrical warp stop motions with continuous contact rail (form E1) or inner split contact rail (form E2).

ISO 366-2:2009 specifies the dimensions and designation of metal reeds with plate baulk for weaving machines.

ISO 366-3:2009 specifies the dimensions and designation of metal reeds with double-spring baulk for weaving machines.

ISO 8116-2:2008 specifies the main dimensions, mechanical strength, permissible tolerances of form and position of the main elements of warper's beams, and the driving devices and designation for warper's beams with and without shafts.

ISO 8116-4:2008 specifies the test procedure for flanges for weaver's beams, warper's beams and sectional beams and the quality classes in this respect.

ISO 8116-5:2008 specifies the main dimensions, mechanical strength, designation and permissible values of tolerances of form and position for the main elements of sectional beams for warp knitting machines.

ISO 8116-3:2008 specifies the main dimensions, mechanical strength and permissible tolerances of form and position for weaver's beams that are used for weaving preparation as well as for weaving. The main dimensions of the profile threads for weaver's beams and the specifications for connections for automation of beam changing are also given.

ISO 8121:2007 specifies the minimum information for the nameplates on knitting machines used in the textile industry.

ISO 8188:2007 specifies the pitches for knitting machines used in the textile industry.

ISO 366-5:2006 specifies the dimensions and designation of profile capsules for weaving machine reeds. These capsules are used to manufacture plastic-bound metal reeds according to ISO 366-4.

ISO 9473-1:2006 specifies the dimensions and the designation of cold rolled strip steel used to manufacture dents of reeds according to ISO 366-1, ISO 366-2, ISO 366-3, and 366-4.

ISO 9473-2:2006 specifies the dimensions and the designation of hardened strip steel used to manufacture dents of reeds, according to ISO 366-1, ISO 366-2, ISO 366-3, and 366-4.

ISO 363-2:2006 specifies the main dimensions and tolerances of flat steel healds with closed end loops (O-shaped end loops) manufactured of hardened strip steel for use in the textile industry.

ISO 8118-1:2006 defines the basic terms and gives the nomenclature, technical specifications and designation for weaving machine temple cylinders used in the textile industry.

ISO 8118-2:2006 defines the basic term and gives the nomenclature, technical specifications and designation for full-width weaving machine temples used in the textile industry.

ISO 7839:2005 establishes a vocabulary of terms used in relation to knitting machines and accessories used in the knitting industry. It classifies these terms according to main characteristic and customary machine type.

ISO 11675:2005 establishes a vocabulary and system of classification for weaving machines used in the textile industry for the production of woven fabrics by the weaving technique, i.e. by interlacing of two (or more) systems of parallel threads, and machines with hybrid forming methods.

ISO 10223:2005 specifies the designation and the numbering of guide bars for flat warp knitting machines.

ISO 15228:2005 specifies the dimensions and designation for reeds used for air jet weaving machines.

ISO 366-4:2005 specifies the dimensions and designation of plastic-bound metal reeds for weaving machines.

ISO 5247-1:2004 establishes a vocabulary of terms and a system of classification for weaving machines used in the textile industry for the production of woven fabrics by the weaving technique, i.e. by interlacing of two (or more) systems of parallel threads, and by machines using hybrid forming methods.

ISO 5243:2004 gives the principle for the numbering of the heald frames and drop wire bars of the warp stop motions in a loom.

ISO 8640-2:2004 establishes a vocabulary of terms related to warp let-off, fabric take-up and batching parts on flat warp knitting machines: yarn carriers, yarn braking devices, yarn delivery devices, yarn guiding and tensioning devices, fabric take-up devices and fabric batching and folding devices.

ISO 8640-1:2004 establishes a vocabulary of terms related to the basic structures and knitting elements of flat warp knitting machines: their types, sides and dimensions, frame, knitting elements and driving mechanisms for those elements, units, bars and rails.

ISO 14500:2003 defines terms related to harnesses for Jacquard weaving machines used in the textile industry, with the aim of presenting a standardized, prescribed phraseology. It identifies the parts of, and positions on, the harness and establishes a nomenclature for those parts.

ISO 8122:2003 specifies the usual number of needles for single-face, double-face and "links-links" circular knitting machines of large nominal diameter, in terms of the needle pitch or gauge E and the machine nominal diameter, and is able to be used as a basis for the comparison of fabrics knitted on these machines. It is not applicable to circular knitting machines with a selection of single needles.

ISO 8117:2003 specifies the nominal diameters of circular knitting machines and the numerical designations corresponding to the size of the machines. It is applicable to small- and large-diameter circular knitting machines and to sinker machines.

This part of ISO 8640 defines terms related to the following types of patterning device used on flat warp knitting machines: lapping devices for warp ends; patterning presser devices; fall plate patterning devices; yarn let-off and yarn tensioning patterning devices; needle bar stopping devices; weft insertion devices; take-up patterning devices.

Specifies the dimensions, tolerances and designation of drop wires for mechanical, electromechanical and electrical warp stop motions for weaving machines. Does apply only to drop wires without automatic drawing-in.
