Your credit card information is not stored on our website. Also, payment via PayPal is available. Your payment information will be processed immediately and confidentially.

This industry-standard technology allows you to communicate to our website via a secure, encrypted link, thus preserving data integrity and confidentiality. Because of the TLS 1.3 256-bit encryption, your personal information is kept secure. Payment information is not processed or stored by iTeh Inc.

INVOICE

After the purchase is completed successfully, you can find your invoices on the “Orders” page. Please make sure that during the shopping process, you indicate your full billing information.

RETURN POLICY

SUBSCRIPTIONS

ABOUT

Subscription is a service that allows having long-term read-only access to the documents which belong to a specific category (ICS, Mandate, Directive, Technical Committee).

CREATE

After choosing a specific ICS, Mandate, Directive, or Technical Committee, you can see an option of creating a subscription. Obligatory to choose the number of seats and process of subscriptions. After filling in this information, you can proceed with payment.

Currently, the subscription includes documents marked with stars. We are working on making all documents available within the subscription.

UPDATE

All the information about subscriptions can be modified. You can change the number of seats, period of subscription, and billing information. Important to know that due to the changes of subscription details subscription lifecycle is modified.

In case of decreasing amount of seats, previously formed subscriptions are not refunded and seats are being decreased immediately. Based on this we recommend decreasing the number of available seats in the end of the billing period that will be shown with start/end dates.

When amount of seats is increased, the billing cycle is changed.

Previous seats subscriptions are canceled. A new subscription price is formed according to the new amount of seats Money refund from left days of previous subscriptions is automatically subtracted from a new price The new billing start date is beginning from the day subscriptions seats were increased

All modifications can be accomplished in the Subscriptions sector after pushing the “Manage” button.

CANCEL

Any type of subscription can be canceled in any moment of the billing cycle. After cancellation, it will not be renewed. Days that are left before the end day of subscriptions after cancellation are not refunded.
