Plastics piping systems for renovation of underground non-pressure drainage and sewerage networks - Part 7: Lining with spirally-wound pipes (ISO 11296-7:2019)

This document, in conjunction with ISO 11296-1, specifies requirements and test methods for pipes which are formed on site by spirally winding and jointing a pre-manufactured profiled plastics strip, or a profiled plastics strip and integral locking joiner strip, and used for the renovation of underground non-pressure drainage and sewerage networks.
It applies to spirally-wound pipes of fixed or variable diameter made of profiled plastics strips, with or without steel stiffening elements, and installed by one of two methods.
The first method employs a dedicated winding machine in front of the open end of an existing pipeline, e.g. in a manhole. The pipes thus formed are simultaneously inserted into the existing pipeline by the winding forces, and by certain techniques can also be expanded in diameter after or during insertion.
The second method employs a dedicated winding machine which forms the pipe as it traverses the existing pipeline from one manhole to the next.
It applies to profiled plastics strips of unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC U) with integral locking mechanism, or of high density polyethylene (HDPE) with integrally welded joints.

Kunststoff-Rohrleitungssysteme für die Renovierung von erdverlegten drucklosen Entwässerungsnetzen (Freispiegelleitungen) - Teil 7: Wickelrohr-Lining (ISO 11296-7:2019)

Dieses Dokument legt in Verbindung mit ISO 11296 1 die Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für Rohre fest, die durch spiralförmiges Wickeln und Verbinden eines vorgefertigten profilierten Kunststoff-Streifens oder eines profilierten Kunststoff-Streifens mit integriertem Verbindungsstreifen vor Ort hergestellt und für die Renovierung von erdverlegten drucklosen Entwässerungsnetzen verwendet werden.
Er gilt für Wickelrohre mit festgelegtem oder variablem Durchmesser, die aus profilierten Kunststoff-Streifen, mit oder ohne Versteifungselemente aus Stahl, bestehen und nach einem von zwei Verfahren eingebaut werden.
Beim ersten Verfahren wird eine dafür vorgesehene Wickelmaschine eingesetzt, die sich vor der Öffnung einer bereits bestehenden Rohrleitung, z. B. in einem Einsteigschacht, befindet. Die hierdurch hergestellten Rohre werden gleichzeitig durch die beim Wickeln wirkenden Kräfte in die bestehende Rohrleitung eingebracht und können mithilfe bestimmter Verfahren während des Einbringens oder nach dem Einbringen im Durchmesser aufgeweitet werden.
Beim zweiten Verfahren wird eine dafür vorgesehene Wickelmaschine eingesetzt, die das Rohr herstellt, während diese die bestehende Rohrleitung von einem Einsteigschacht zum nächsten durchquert.
Es gilt für profilierte Kunststoff-Streifen aus weichmacherfreiem Polyvinylchlorid (PVC U) mit integriertem Verbindungsmechanismus oder aus Polyethylen hoher Dichte (HDPE) mit integrierten Schweiß-verbindungen.

Le présent document, conjointement avec l'ISO 11296‑1, spécifie les exigences et les méthodes d'essai applicables aux tubages formés sur place par enroulement hélicoïdal et assemblage d'une bande profilée préfabriquée en plastique, ou d'une bande profilée en plastique et d'une bande d'assemblage à verrouillage intégral, et utilisés pour la rénovation de réseaux de branchements et de collecteurs d'assainissement enterrés sans pression.
Il s'applique aux tubages par enroulement hélicoïdal, de diamètre fixe ou variable, réalisés à partir de bandes profilées en plastique, avec ou sans éléments raidisseurs en acier, et installés en utilisant une parmi deux méthodes.
La première méthode fait intervenir une machine à enrouler spécifique devant l'extrémité ouverte d'une canalisation existante, par exemple, dans un regard. Les tubages ainsi formés sont insérés simultanément dans la canalisation existante par les forces d'enroulement et certaines techniques permettent d'en élargir le diamètre pendant ou après l'insertion.
La seconde méthode fait intervenir une machine à enrouler spécifique qui forme le tubage à mesure de sa progression à travers la canalisation existante d'un regard au regard suivant.
Il s'applique à des bandes profilées plastiques en PVC-U (polychlorure de vinyle non plastifié) munies d'un mécanisme de verrouillage intégral, ou en polyéthylène haute densité (HDPE) avec joints intégralement soudés.

Ta dokument v povezavi s standardom ISO 11296-1 določa zahteve in preskusne metode za cevi, ki so oblikovane na mestu uporabe s spiralnim navijanjem oziroma spajanjem vnaprej izdelanega profiliranega plastičnega traku ali profiliranega plastičnega traku in integralnega zaskočnega spajalnega traku, ter se uporabljajo za obnovo podzemnih omrežij za odvodnjavanje in kanalizacijo za obratovanje brez tlaka.
Uporablja se za spiralne cevi s fiksnim ali spremenljivim premerom iz profiliranih plastičnih trakov, z ojačitvenimi jeklenimi elementi ali brez njih, ki so nameščene z eno od dveh metod.
Pri prvi metodi se uporablja namenski stroj za navijanje pred odprtim koncem obstoječega cevovoda, npr. v jašku. Tako oblikovane cevi se istočasno vstavijo v obstoječe cevovode s silami navijanja, po vstavljanju ali med njim pa jim je z določenimi tehnikami mogoče tudi razširiti premer. Pri drugi metodi se uporablja namenski stroj za navijanje, ki oblikuje cev, ko prečka obstoječi cevovod od enega jaška do naslednjega.
Uporablja se za profilirane plastične trakove iz neplastificiranega poli(vinilklorida) (PVC U) z integriranim zaskočnim mehanizmom ali iz polietilena visoke gostote (HDPE) z varjenimi spoji.

"Plastics pipes, fittings and valves for the transport of fluids" in collaboration with Technical Committee
