IEC 62841-3-1: 2025 Amendment 2

IEC 62841-3-16:2025 applies to transportable belt sanders, disc sanders and belt/disc sanders which are equipped with
– a sanding belt; or
– a sanding disc; or
– a sanding belt and a sanding disc
for sanding solid materials.
This document does not apply to hand-held disc-type sanders.

IEC 62841-3-14: 2024 Amendment 1

This standard applies to cutting-off grinders for cutting metal. The diameter of the plain abrasive cutting-off wheel is less than 406 mm.
