ISO 11755:2005 specifies the requirements for inspection before, during and after the time of filling for cylinder bundles for compressed and liquefied gases, also referred to as bundles.
ISO 11755:2005 does not apply to acetylene bundles.
ISO 11755:2005 does not apply to bundles when they are a part of a battery vehicle.

This document specifies the requirements for the design, construction, testing and initial inspection of a transportable cylinder bundle.
It is applicable to cylinder bundles containing cylinders containing compressed gas, liquefied gas and mixtures thereof. It is also applicable to cylinder bundles for acetylene. Additional requirements for acetylene cylinder bundles containing acetylene in a solvent are provided in Annex B. This document does not, however, cover acetylene cylinder bundles with solvent‐free acetylene cylinders.
This document specifies the additional requirements that apply when individual cylinders are assembled into a bundle. Unless otherwise stated, individual cylinders within a cylinder bundle conform to applicable standards for single cylinders.
This document is intended primarily for industrial gases other than liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), but it can also be used for LPG.
This document does not apply to packages in which cylinders are manifolded together in a frame that is designed to be fixed permanently to a road vehicle, to a railway wagon or to the ground as a customer storage vessel. It also does not apply to cylinder bundles that are designed for use in extreme environmental or operational conditions (e.g. offshore cylinder bundles) when additional and extraordinary requirements are imposed to maintain safety standards, reliability and performance.

This European Standard specifies the requirements for the design, manufacture, identification and testing of battery vehicles and multiple-element gas containers (MEGCs) containing cylinders, tubes or bundles of cylinders. It is applicable to battery vehicles containing compressed gas, liquefied gas and mixtures thereof. It is also applicable to battery vehicles for dissolved acetylene. This European Standard is not applicable to toxic gases with an LC50 value less than or equal to 200 ml/m3.
This European Standard applies also to battery vehicles and MEGCs containing bundles of cylinders connected by a manifold which are dis-assembled from the battery vehicle and filled individually.
This European Standard does not apply to battery vehicles and MEGCs containing pressure drums or tanks, or to multi-element gas containers (MEGCs).
This European Standard does not specify requirements for the vehicle chassis or motive unit.
This European standard does not cover requirements for sea transportation.
This European Standard is primarily intended for industrial gases other than Liquefied Petroleum Gases (LPG). At the time of publication of this European Standard, there is no European Standard for dedicated LPG battery vehicles.
Where there is any conflict between this European Standard and any applicable regulation, the regulation always takes precedence.

A possible amendment to this standard shall be consideered to take account of safety concerns with regard tothe filling of liquefied gases into bundles fitted with closable valves. An additional  matter for consideration is the possibility that this standard and standard EN 13385 shall be candidates for inclusion in ADR/RID.

This European Standard specifies requirements for inspection before, during and after the time of filling for battery vehicles.
This standard does not apply to acetylene battery vehicles which are covered in prEN 13720.
This standard is not applicable to  the automotive components of a battery trailer.

This European standard  specifies the requirements for inspection before, during and after the time of filling for cylinder bundles, also referred to as bundles.
This standard does not apply to acetylene bundles which are covered in EN 12755.
This standard does not cover bundles when they are a part of a battery vehicle.

TC - Modification of 4.6.4

This European Standard specifies the requirements for the design, manufacture, identification and testing of a battery vehicle. It is applicable to battery vehicles containing compressed gas, liquefied gas and mixtures thereof. It is also applicable to battery vehicles for dissolved acetylene. The specific requirements for dissolved acetylene are included in annex B. For toxic gases, this standard is only applicable where the LC50 of the gas is above 200 ml/m3.
This European Standard does not apply to the vehicle chassis or motive unit or to multi-element gas containers (MEGC's), pressure drums and tanks.
This standard is primarily for industrial gases other than Liquefied Petroleum Gases (LPG) but may also be used for LPG. However for dedicated LPG cylinders, see standards prepared by CEN/TC 286 Liquefied petroleum gas equipment and accessories.

Add a figure and explanatory text to better explain the drop test for bundles (as proposed in the first figure of N551).
