This document includes the sector specific requirements for the provision of private security services for maritime and port security that are additional to the regulations of EN 17483-1:2021.
NOTE 1 This document is the third part of a series of standards on the provision of private security services for critical infrastructure.

NOTE 3 It is important that the selection of a private security service provider always represents the best balance between quality and price. This document sets out the minimum requirements that providers can comply with in order for this balance to be struck.
It specifies service requirements for quality in organization, processes, personnel and management of a security service provider and/or its independent branches and establishments under commercial law and trade as a provider with regard to maritime and port security services.
It lays down quality criteria for the delivery of maritime and port security services requested by public and private clients. This document is suitable for the selection, attribution, awarding and reviewing of the most suitable provider of maritime and port security services.

ANMERKUNG 3 Es ist wichtig, dass die Auswahl eines Sicherheitsdienstleisters/Sicherungsdienstleisters immer den bestmöglichen Ausgleich zwischen Qualität und Preis darstellt. Dieses Dokument legt die Mindestanforderungen fest, die Anbieter erfüllen können, um diesen Ausgleich zu erzielen.
Diese Europäische Norm legt Dienstleistungsanforderungen an die Qualität in Bezug auf Organisation, Prozesse, Personal und Verwaltung eines Sicherheitsdienstleisters/Sicherungsdienstleisters und/oder seiner unabhängigen Zweigstellen und Niederlassungen nach Handelsrecht als Anbieter von Sicherheits- und Sicherungsdienstleistungen für Seeschifffahrt und Seehäfen fest.
Sie legt Qualitätskriterien für das Erbringen von Sicherheitsdienstleistungen für Seeschifffahrt und Seehäfen fest, die von öffentlichen und privaten Auftraggebern nachgefragt werden. Dieses Dokument ist geeignet für die Auswahl, Zuteilung, Auftragsvergabe und Kontrolle des am besten geeigneten Anbieters von Sicherheitsdienstleistungen für Seeschifffahrt und Seehäfen.

Le présent document inclut les exigences sectorielles relatives à la prestation de services de sécurité privée pour la sûreté maritime et portuaire, qui viennent compléter les règlements de l’EN 17483 1:2021.
NOTE 1 Le présent document constitue la troisième partie d’une série de normes sur la prestation de services de sécurité privée pour les infrastructures critiques.

NOTE 3 Il est important que le choix d’un prestataire de services de sécurité privée représente toujours le meilleur équilibre entre la qualité et le prix. Le présent document définit les exigences minimales que les prestataires peuvent respecter pour atteindre cet équilibre.
Il spécifie les exigences de qualité de service relatives à l’organisation, aux processus, au personnel et à la gestion d’un prestataire de services de sécurité et/ou de ses succursales et établissements indépendants en vertu du droit commercial, agissant en tant que prestataire de services de sûreté maritime et portuaire.
Il spécifie les critères de qualité relatifs à la prestation de services de sûreté maritime et portuaire demandés par des clients publics et privés. Le présent document est adapté à la sélection, l’attribution, l’adjudication et la revue du prestataire de services de sûreté maritime et portuaire le plus approprié.

Ta dokument vsebuje posebne področne zahteve za zagotavljanje storitev zasebnega varovanja v okviru pomorskih in pristaniških varnostnih služb, ki so dodane prepisom standarda EN 17483-1:2021.
OPOMBA 1: Ta dokument je tretji del skupine standardov o izvajanju storitev zasebnega varovanja za kritično infrastrukturo.

OPOMBA 3: Pomembno je, da izbira ponudnika storitev zasebnega varovanja vedno ponuja najboljše razmerje med kakovostjo in ceno. Ta dokument določa minimalne zahteve, ki jih morajo ponudniki storitev upoštevati za zagotavljanje tega razmerja.
Določa zahteve glede kakovosti storitev v organizaciji, njenih procesov, osebja in vodstva varnostne službe in/ali njenih neodvisnih podružnic ter obratov v skladu z gospodarskim pravom in trgovino kot ponudnika varovanja v okviru pomorskih in pristaniških varnostnih služb.
Določa merila kakovosti za zagotavljanje pomorskih in pristaniških varnostnih služb, ki jih zahtevajo javne ali zasebne stranke. Dokument je zato primeren za izbiro, določitev, dodeljevanje in pregledovanje najprimernejšega ponudnika pomorskih in pristaniških varnostnih služb.
