Technical product documentation - Representation of splines and serrations (ISO 6413:2018)
This document specifies the rules and graphical symbols for the representations of splines and
serrations in technical product documentation.
Two methods of representation are specified:
a) complete representation;
b) simplified representation.
The rules and graphical symbols specified in this document are applicable to detail drawings of parts
(shafts and hubs) and to assembly drawings of joints.
NOTE For uniformity, all the figures in this document have been drawn in the first-angle orthographic
projection. A third-angle orthographic projection could equally have been used without prejudice to principles
established.

Diese Internationale Norm legt Regeln und graphische Symbole für die Darstellung von Keilwellen und Kerbverzahnungen in Technischen Zeichnungen fest.
Die folgenden zwei Darstellungsmethoden sind festgelegt:
a) die vollständige Darstellung;
b) die vereinfachte Darstellung.
Die Regeln und Symbole dieser Internationalen Norm gelten für Einzelteil-Zeichnungen (Wellen und Naben) sowie für Zusammenbau-Zeichnungen von Verbindungen.
ANMERKUNG Aus Gründen der Einheitlichkeit sind alle Bilder in dieser Internationalen Norm mit Hilfe der Projektionsmethode 1 gezeichnet.
Die Projektionsmethode 3 hätte genauso gut, ohne Beeinträchtigung der aufgestellten Grundregeln, angewendet werden können.

Le présent document spécifié les règles et spécifie les symboles graphiques de représentation des cannelures et des dentelures dans la documentation technique de produits.
Deux méthodes de représentation sont spécifiées:
a) la représentation complète;
b) la représentation simplifiée.
Les règles spécifiées et les symboles graphiques spécifiés dans le présent document s'appliquent aux dessins de détail des pièces (arbres et moyeux) et aux dessins d'ensemble des assemblages cannelés.
NOTE Par souci d'uniformité, toutes les figures représentées dans le présent document sont dessinées selon la méthode de projection orthogonale du premier dièdre. La méthode de projection orthogonale du troisième dièdre aurait pu aussi être utilisée sans préjudice pour les principes établis.
Tehničnna dokumentacija - Prikazovanje utornih gredi in zobatih grednih vezi (ISO 6413:2018)
Ta dokument določa pravila in grafične simbole za prikazovanje utornih gredi ter zobatih grednih vezi v tehnični dokumentaciji izdelkov.
Opredeljeni sta dve metodi prikazovanja:
a) celostno prikazovanje;
b) poenostavljeno prikazovanje.
Pravila in grafični simboli, določeni v tem dokumentu, se uporabljajo za podrobne risbe delov (gredi in pest) ter za sheme spojev.
OPOMBA: Za namene poenotenja so vse risbe v tem dokumentu prikazane v prvokotni ortografski projekciji. Prav tako bi bilo mogoče uporabiti tudi tretjekotno ortografsko projekcijo brez poseganja v vzpostavljena načela.

This document (EN ISO 6413:2018) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 10 "Technical
product documentation" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/SS F01 “Technical drawings”
the secretariat of which is held by CCMC.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by April 2019, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by April 2019.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
