Предисловие
Международная организация по стандартизации (ISO) является всемирной федерацией национальных
организаций по стандартизации (комитетов-членов ISO). Разработка международных стандартов
обычно осуществляется техническими комитетами ISO. Каждый комитет-член ISO, заинтересованный
в деятельности, для которой был создан технический комитет, имеет право быть представленным в

Введение
Данный Технический отчет представляет собой обоснованное мнение экспертов в области главных
компонентов дыма и паров, которые могут выделяться в процессах дуговой сварки, и определяет как
ключевые компоненты те, которые имеют наибольшую значимость для профессиональной охраны
здоровья и поэтому требуют самых строгих мер контроля, чтобы защитить сварщика от воздействия
избыточного уровня рассматриваемого вещества.
Отчет предназначен содействовать при оценке опасности, оценке риска и контроля риска и таким
образом делает вклад в улучшение охраны здоровья и безопасности сварщиков и тех, кто работает с
ними. Он также предназначен помочь медицинскому персоналу в охране здоровья сварщиков и других
людей, подвергающихся воздействию сварочных дымовых газов.
Составляющие компоненты конкретных расходуемых материалов и дымовых газов, возникающих при
их использовании, получают из технических данных по безопасности, выдаваемых производителем и
поставляемых вместе с расходуемыми материалами.

Foreword
ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards
bodies (ISO member bodies). The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out
through ISO technical committees. Each member body interested in a subject for which a technical
committee has been established has the right to be represented on that committee. International
organizations, governmental and non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take part in the work.
ISO collaborates closely with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) on all matters of
electrotechnical standardization.
The procedures used to develop this document and those intended for its further maintenance are

Introduction
This Technical Report constitutes the considered judgement of experts on the range of principal
components of fume which can be emitted from arc welding processes and identifies, as key components,
those which are of greatest occupational hygiene significance and therefore require the most stringent
control measures to ensure that a welder is not exposed to an excessive level of the substance concerned.
The report is intended to assist in hazard appreciation, risk assessment and risk control and thus
contribute to improving the health and safety of welders and those working with them. It is also intended
to assist medical professionals in their care of welders and others exposed to welding fume.
