La présente partie de l'EN 10028 traite des conditions techniques générales de livraison des produits plats utilisés principalement dans la construction des appareils à pression et fabriqués: a) en aciers alliés et non alliés soudables avec caractéristiques spécifiées à température élevée conformes à la partie 2 de l'EN 10028; b) en aciers soudables à grains fins normalisés, aptes au soudage, conformes à la partie 3 de l'EN 10028; c) en aciers alliés au nickel avec caractéristiques spécifiées à basse température conformes à la partie 4 de l'EN 10028.
