This European Standard defines the different types of inspection documents supplied to the purchaser, in accordance with the requirements of the order, for the delivery of all metallic products whatever their method of production. However, if agreed in the order, this standard may also apply to products other than metallic products. This standard is to be used in conjunction with the standards which specify the technical delivery conditions of the products.

In dieser Europäischen Norm sind die verschiedenen Arten von Prüfbescheinigungen festgelegt, die dem Besteller in Übereinstimmung mit den Vereinbarungen bei der Bestellung mit der Lieferung von Erzeugnissen aus allen metallischen Werkstoffen zur Verfügung gestellt werden, wie immer sie auch hergestellt sein mögen. Wenn jedoch bei der Bestellung vereinbart, darf diese Norm auch auf andere Erzeugnisse als solche aus metallischen Werkstoffen angewendet werden. Diese Norm ist in Verbindung mit den Normen anzuwenden, in denen die technischen Lieferbedingungen für die Erzeugnisse festgelegt sind.

La présente norme est à utiliser conjointement avec les normes qui spécifient les conditionstechniques de livraison des produits.
