This European Standard specifies requirements for mixtures of the mix group Soft Asphalt for use on roads, airfields and other trafficked areas.
This European Standard includes requirements for the selection of the constituent materials. It is designed to be read in conjunction with EN 13108-20 and EN 13108-21.
Soft Asphalt mixtures with chemical modified binders not covered by EN 13924 are not covered by this European Standard.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen an Mischgüter der Mischgutgruppe Softasphalt fest, die für die Verwendung beim Bau von Straßen, Flugplätzen und sonstigen Verkehrsflächen bestimmt sind.
ANMERKUNG   Die Spezifikation des Mischgutes nach dieser Europäischen Norm kann entweder zur Konformitätserklärung dieses Mischgutes mit bekannten Anforderungen verwendet werden oder zur Bekanntmachung welche diese Anforderungen sind.
Diese Europäische Norm enthält Anforderungen an die Auswahl der Bestandteile. Sie ist in Verbindung mit EN 13108 20 und EN 13108 21 anzuwenden.
Softasphalt mit chemisch modifizierten Bindemitteln, die nicht durch EN 13924 abgedeckt sind, sind nicht Gegenstand dieser Europäischen Norm.

Mélanges bitumineux - Spécifications des matériaux - Partie 3 : Bétons bitumineux souples

Cette norme européenne spécifie les exigences relatives aux mélanges appartenant à la famille des bétons bitumineux souples et utilisés pour les routes, aéroports et autres zones de circulation.
NOTE   Une spécification sur un  mélange issue de cette norme peut être utilisée soit pour déclarer la conformité d’un mélange à des exigences connues soit  pour  faire savoir ce que sont ces exigences.
Cette norme européenne comporte des exigences pour le choix des constituants. Elle est destinée à être utilisée conjointement avec les normes EN 13108-20 et EN 13108-21.
Les bétons bitumineux souples avec des liants chimiquement modifiés qui ne relèvent pas de la norme EN 14023 ne sont pas couverts par la présente Norme européenne.
