Specification and testing for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) tank valves and fittings

This European Standard specifies requirements for valves, including appropriate fittings for LPG service, which are connected to mobile or static pressure vessels above 150 l water capacity and may be subjected to tank design pressure. This European Standard describes valves and fittings designed for specific purposes (where required) for example filling, vapour equalising, purging, etc. These may be achieved by the use of other valves or systems that provide an equal level of safety, especially in the case of large storage tanks.
