related services” of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and has been taken over as
CWA 5643-1:2021 by CEN Workshop EUROSAFETOUR “Response to COVID-19 - Health and safety
protocols for tourism establishments and services” the secretariat of which is held by UNE.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
