This standard specifies the minimum qualitative and quantitative rules and characteristics of a furniture removal service.  It also specifies the principles which govern the general conditions of contract of the furniture removal service within the most appropriate legal and contractual framework within each of the member states.

Dieses Dokument ist nur für Umzugsdienstleistungen für Privatpersonen anwendbar, bei denen eine Person, Arbeitgeber oder Umzugsvermittler einen Vertrag abgeschlossen hat und der Auftrag für den Umzug persönlichen Eigentums gilt, das im Allgemeinen aus nicht kommerziell genutztem Eigentum und/oder in derzeitiger Verwendung befindlichem Eigentum besteht.

Le présent document s’applique exclusivement aux services de déménagement de particuliers, lorsque le contrat engage un particulier, un employeur ou un organisme de relogement et que cette mobilité exige le déplacement de biens personnels généralement constitués de biens à caractère non professionnel et/ou d’usage courant.
