Remplacer la note existante par le texte suivant:
L'addition de filtrage haute fréquence en mode commun dans les connexions du circuit
principal peut entraîner des réductions inacceptables du couple de démarrage du moteur, ou
détruire le concept des réseaux de distribution non mis à la terre ou mis à la terre par une
impédance élevée, par exemple utilisés dans des processus industriels, avec des implications
pour la sécurité du système.
Si, afin de respecter les niveaux d'émission donnés au tableau 14, des filtres sont nécessaires
mais ne sont pas utilisés pour les raisons ci-dessus, d'autres précautions doivent être prises
afin de ne pas dépasser les niveaux d'émission donnés dans ce tableau.
