NEW! IEC 61000-3-3:2013 is available as IEC Standards+ 61000-3-3:2013 which contains the International Standard and its Redline version, showing all changes of the technical content compared to the previous edition. IEC 61000-3-3:2013 is concerned with the limitation of voltage fluctuations and flicker impressed on the public low-voltage system. It specifies limits of voltage changes which may be produced by an equipment tested under specified conditions and gives guidance on methods of assessment. It is applicable to electrical and electronic equipment having an input current equal to or less than 16 A per phase, intended to be connected to public low-voltage distribution systems of between 220 V and 250 V line to neutral at 50 Hz, and not subject to conditional connection. IEC 61000-3-3 has the status of a product family standard within the IEC 61000 series. This third edition cancels and replaces the second edition published in 2008. This edition constitutes a technical revision which takes account of the changes made in IEC 61000-4-15:2010.

La CEI 61000-3-3:2013 traite des limitations des fluctuations de tension et du papillotement (flicker) appliquées sur le réseau de distribution public basse tension. Elle spécifie les limites des variations de tension pouvant être produites par un équipement essayé dans des conditions spécifiées et formule des recommandations pour les méthodes d'évaluation. Elle s'applique aux matériels électriques et électroniques ayant un courant appelé inférieur ou égal à 16 A par phase et destinés à être raccordés à des réseaux publics de distribution basse tension présentant une tension nominale phase-neutre comprise entre 220 V et 250 V à 50 Hz et non soumis à un raccordement conditionnel. La CEI 61000-3-3 a le statut d'une norme de famille de produit au sein de la série CEI 61000. Cette troisième édition annule et remplace la seconde édition parue en 2008. Ta del standarda IEC 61000 obravnava omejitev vrednosti kolebanja napetosti in flikerja v javnih nizkonapetostnih napajalnih sistemih. Določa omejitve vrednosti kolebanja napetosti, ki jih lahko proizvede oprema, preizkušena pod določenimi pogoji, in podaja smernice za metode ocenjevanja. Ta del standarda IEC 61000 se uporablja za električno in elektronsko opremo z vhodnim tokom do vključno 16 A na fazo, ki je namenjena za povezavo z javnimi nizkonapetostnimi razdelilnimi sistemi z napetostjo med linijskim in nevtralnim vodnikom od 220 V do 250 V pri 50 Hz ter ni priključena pod posebnimi pogoji. NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Evropski standard EN 61000-3-3:2013 je pripravil tehnični odbor Evropske organizacije za
standardizacijo na področju elektrotehnike CENELEC CLC/TC 210 Elektromagnetna združljivost
(EMC). Slovenski standard SIST EN 61000-3-3:2014 je prevod evropskega standarda EN 61000-3-
3:2013. V primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen izvirni
evropski standard v angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo standarda je pripravil tehnični odbor SIST/TC
EMC Elektromagnetna združljivost.
Odločitev za privzem tega standarda je v februarju 2014 sprejel tehnični odbor SIST/TC EMC
Elektromagnetna združljivost.

Ta izdaja upošteva spremembe, narejene v EN 61000-4-15:2011.
Opozoriti je treba na možnost, da bi lahko bil kateri od elementov tega dokumenta predmet patentnih
pravic. CENELEC ni odgovoren za identificiranje nobene od teh patentnih pravic.

Vključitev bistvenih zahtev direktiv EU
Ta evropski standard je bil pripravljen v okviru mandata, ki sta ga Evropska komisija in Evropsko
združenje za prosto trgovino dala CENELEC, in v obsegu svojega področja uporabe vključuje zaščitne
zahteve Priloge I, člena 1(a) Direktive 2004/108/ES in bistvene zahteve člena 3.1(b) (samo oddajanje)
Direktive 1999/5/ES.
Skladnost s tem standardom zagotavlja domnevo o skladnosti z določenimi bistvenimi zahtevami
zadevnih direktiv.
OPOMBA: Za proizvode, ki spadajo v področje uporabe tega standarda, se lahko uporabljajo druge zahteve in druge
