IEC 62135-2:2020 is available as IEC 62135-2:2020 RLV which contains the International Standard and its Redline version, showing all changes of the technical content compared to the previous edition.IEC 62135-2:2020 is applicable to equipment for resistance welding and allied processes which are connected to mains supplies with rated voltages up to 1 000 V AC RMS. This document does not define safety requirements. This third edition cancels and replaces the second edition published in 2015. This edition constitutes a technical revision. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition: - update of the applicable limits related to the updated references; - implementation of radiated magnetic field requirements.

Le présent document ne définit pas d’exigences de sécurité. Cette troisième édition annule et remplace la deuxième édition parue en 2015. Cette édition constitue une révision technique. Cette édition inclut les modifications techniques majeures suivantes par rapport à l'édition précédente: - mise à jour des limites applicables conformément aux références mises à jour; - mise en œuvre des exigences du champ magnétique rayonné.

Oprema za uporovno varjenje - 2. del: Zahteve za elektromagnetno združljivost (EMC) (IEC 62135-2:2020)

Ta del standarda IEC 62135 se uporablja za opremo za uporovno varjenje in povezane procese, ki so povezani z omrežnim napajanjem in imajo nazivno napetost do 1000 V izmenične napetosti RMS. Ta dokument ne določa varnostnih zahtev.
Oprema za uporovno varjenje, ki je tipsko preskušena v skladu s tem dokumentom in izpolnjuje njegove zahteve, je skladna za vse vrste uporabe.
Zajet frekvenčni razpon je od 0 Hz do 400 GHz.
Oprema za obločno varjenje z radijskim sprejemnikom ali oddajnikom spada na področje uporabe tega dokumenta. Dodatne zahteve za takšno opremo so določene v dodatku D.
Zahteve glede elektromagnetnega sevanja iz tega dokumenta niso namenjene za uporabo za namerne prenose iz radijskega oddajnika, kot ga opredeljuje ITU, in morebitna neželena oddajanja, povezana s temi namernimi prenosi.
Ta standard za izdelek v zvezi z elektromagnetno združljivostjo za opremo za uporovno varjenje ima prednost pred vsemi vidiki splošnih standardov, pri čemer dodatni preskusi elektromagnetne združljivosti niso potrebni ali zahtevani.
OPOMBA 1: Običajni povezani procesi so uporovno trdo ali mehko spajkanje ali uporovno gretje, ki se doseže na način, primerljiv z opremo za uporovno varjenje.
OPOMBA 2: Mejne vrednosti so določene samo za del frekvenčnega razpona.
Oprema za uporovno varjenje se uvršča v razred A in razred B.
Ta del standarda IEC 62135 določa:
a) preskusne metode, ki se uporabljajo skupaj s standardi CISPR 11:2015, CISPR 11:2015/AMD1:2016 in CISPR 11:2015/AMD2:2019 za določevanje radiofrekvenčnih (RF) emisij;
b) ustrezne standarde in preskusne metode za emisije harmonskih tokov, spremembe ter nihanje napetosti;
c) dodatne zahteve za opremo, ki se napaja prek notranjih ali zunanjih baterij (dodatek C).
OPOMBA 3: Omejitve v tem dokumentu pa ne morejo zagotoviti popolne zaščite pred motnjami radijskega in televizijskega sprejema, kadar se oprema za uporovno varjenje uporablja bližje kot 30 m od sprejemne antene.
OPOMBA 4: V posebnih primerih, kadar se v neposredni bližini uporablja izredno občutljiv aparat,
se včasih izvedejo dodatni ukrepi za zmanjšanje elektromagnetnih emisij.
OPOMBA 5: Izvor mejnih vrednosti v tem dokumentu je povzet v dodatku A.
Ta del standarda IEC 62135 določa tudi zahteve glede odpornosti in preskusne metode za neprekinjene in začasne ter vodene in sevane motnje, vključno z elektrostatičnimi razelektritvami.
OPOMBA 6: Te zahteve pa ne obravnavajo skrajnih primerov, ki so izredno redki.
