The article discusses CLC/TS 50537-1:2010, which is a Technical Specification for high voltage (HV) bushings used in traction transformers of rail vehicles. These bushings are cooled by insulating liquid and have rated voltages up to 25 kV single phase and rated currents up to 630 A. The specification covers HV bushings that are mounted to the transformer and connects the power supply to the primary winding. It considers both technical and normative requirements of the railway environment and ensures interchangeability of the bushings. The specification does not cover the cable plug counterpart of the HV bushing's plug-in end.
