Leather - Tests for colour fastness - Colour fastness to saliva (ISO 20701:2017)

ISO 20701 | IUF 427:2017 specifies a method for determining the colour fastness to saliva of all kinds of leathers, independent of the colouring procedure applied.
The method uses an artificial saliva solution to simulate whether colouring materials can migrate from leather to the mouth or to the mucous membranes.

Dieses Dokument legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Farbechtheit gegen Speichel bei allen Lederarten unabhängig vom Färbevorgang fest.
Das Verfahren nutzt eine künstliche Speichellösung, um zu simulieren, ob Farbstoffe vom Leder zum Mund oder zu den Schleimhäuten migrieren können.

ISO 20701 | IUF 427:2017 spécifie une méthode permettant de déterminer la solidité des coloris à la salive, destinée à tous les types de cuirs, quelle que soit la technique de teinture utilisée.
Cette méthode consiste à utiliser une solution de salive artificielle afin de déterminer si les matières colorantes peuvent migrer du cuir vers la bouche ou les muqueuses.

Ta dokument določa metodo za ugotavljanje barvne obstojnosti proti slini za usnje vseh vrst,
neodvisno od uporabljenega postopka obarvanja.
Metoda uporablja raztopino umetne sline za simulacijo, s katero se ugotavlja, ali se lahko barvni materiali prenesejo z usnja v usta ali sluznico.

the secretariat of which is held by UNI, in collaboration with Technical Committee IULTCS
“International Union of Leather Technologists and Chemists Societies”.

be withdrawn at the latest by August 2018.
