1.1 This part of EN 10277 specifies the general technical delivery conditions for bright steel bars in the drawn, turned or ground condition, in straight lengths and of the following steel types: a) general engineering steels as specified in EN 10277-2; b) free-cutting steels as specified in EN 10277-3; c) case hardening steels as specified in EN 10277-4; d) steels for quenching and tempering as specified in EN 10277-5. It does not cover cold rolled products and cut lengths produced from strip or sheet by cutting.

Dieser Teil von EN 10277 legt die allgemeinen technischen Lieferbedingungen fest für Blankstahl in geraden Stäben im gezogenen, geschälten oder geschliffenen Zustand aus den folgenden Stahlsorten: a) Stähle für allgemeine technische Verwendung nach EN 10277-2; b) Automatenstähle nach EN 10277-3; c) Einsatzstähle nach EN 10277-4; d) Vergütungsstähle nach EN 10277-5. 1.1 La présente partie de l'EN 10277 spécifie les conditions techniques générales de livraison pour les barres en acier transformé à froid à l'état étiré, écroûté galeté ou rectifié, en longueur droite, et pour les types d'acier suivants: a) aciers d'usage général, comme spécifiés dans l'EN 10277-2; b) aciers de décolletage, comme spécifiés dans l'EN 10277-3; c) aciers pour cémentation, comme spécifiés dans l'EN 10277-4; d) aciers pour trempe et revenu, comme spécifiés dans l'EN 10277-5. La présente partie ne traite pas des produits laminés à froids ni des barres coupées à longueur dans des bandes ou des tôles.
