Public transport - Reference data model - Part 9: Informative documentation
This Technical Report documents further information related to parts 1, 2 and 3 of version 6 of the "Public Transport – Reference Data Model" (Transmodel) European Standard, EN 12896. This Technical Report will be extended and re-published with additional information when Parts 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of the Transmodel standard are published in due course.
The various sections of the document provide
- A Complete Data Dictionary (merging and extending the information contained in each separate Part of the Standard that has been published to date) [Clause 2];
- An overview of the whole of Transmodel to provide an understanding of how the model is structured and how each component model links with other components [Clause 3];
- A set of Frequently Asked Questions to help those new to Transmodel to understand the basics of the Reference Data Model [Clause 4];
- An outline of the main questions which are addressed in a separate web-based on-line tutorial (that itself will be updated from time to time in the light of feedback received from users of the Standard) [Clause 5];
- An Annex providing a table which shows the evolution of the terms used in Transmodel v6 from the previous Transmodel v5.1 and IFOPT European Standards and from the NeTEx Technical Specification [Annex A].

To tehnično poročilo vsebuje dodatne informacije v zvezi z deli 1, 2 in 3 različice 6 evropskega standarda EN 12896 (»Javni prevoz – referenčni podatkovni model« (Transmodel)). To tehnično poročilo bo razširjeno in znova objavljeno z dodatnimi informacijami, ko bodo objavljeni deli 4, 5, 6, 7 in 8 Transmodela.
Različni deli tega dokumenta vključujejo:
– celoten slovar podatkov (združevanje in razširjanje informacij iz posameznih delov standarda, ki je bil objavljen do tega datuma) [poglavje 2];
– pregled celotnega Transmodela, da se zagotovi razumevanje strukture modela in načina povezave posameznih modelov komponent z drugimi komponentami [poglavje 3];
