This standard specifies marking and performance requirements, methods of classification, methods of determining dimensions and methods of test for commercial refrigerated cabinets for the sale and display of food products. This standard does not cover refrigerated vending machines. This part specifies the procedure to test the defrosting method of commercial refrigerated cabinets intended for the sale and/or display of food products, when tested in the same conditions as those specified for the temperature test (see EN 441-5).
Verkaufskühlmöbel - Teil 7: Abtauprüfung
Diese europäische Norm gilt für die Prüfung des Abtauverfahrens bei gewerblichen Kühlmöbeln für den Verkauf und/oder die Ausstellung von Lebensmitteln; dabei gelten die gleichen Prüfbedingungen wie für die Temperaturprüfung (siehe EN 441-5). Die Prüfung gilt nicht für Kühlmöbel oder Teile von ihnen, für die ein Abtauen von Hand vorgesehen ist.
