This European Standard specifies requirements and test methods for marketed and delivered automotive LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas). It is applicable to automotive LPG for use in LPG engine vehicles designed to run on automotive LPG. Note:For the purposes of this European Standard, the term "% (V/V)" is used to represent the volume fraction. Warning:Attention is drawn to the risk of fire and explosion when handling LPG and to the hazard to health which arises through inhalation of excessive amounts of LPG. LPG is a highly volatile hydrocarbon gas which is normally stored under pressure.

La présente norme européenne prescrit des exigences et des méthodes d'essai pour le GPL carburant (Gaz de Pétrole Liquéfiés) mis sur le marché et livré. Elle est destinée à l'utilisation du GPL sur les véhicules équipés pour fonctionner avec du GPL carburant. Note:Pour les besoins de la présente norme européenne, la notation "% (V/V)"est utilisée pour représenter la fraction volumique. Avertissement- L'attention est particulièrement attirée sur les risques d'incendie ou d'explosion lors de la manipulation du GPL et sur les dangers que représenterait pour la santé l'inhalation de quantités excessives de GPL.
