Diese Norm legt Anforderungen und Prüfmethoden für anaerobe Dichtmittel (im folgenden Dichtmittel genannt) fest, die geeignet sind, metallene Gewindeverbindungen, wie sie z.B. in ISO 7-1 genormt sind, abzudichten. Die Dichtmittel sind für den Einsatz in Kontakt mit Gasen der 1., 2. und 3. Gasfamilie (ausgenommen Flüssiggas in der flüssigen Phase) und Heißwasser von Heizungsanlagen nach Tabelle 1 vorgesehen.

Ces compositions d'étanchéité sont utilisables en contact des gaz du 1er, 2ème et 3ème groupe (non compris le GPL sous forme liquide), et de l'eau chaude de chauffage en accord avec les prescriptions du tableau 1.
