EN 3475-804:2002 is a CEN/AECMA test-method standard that specifies how to measure the velocity of propagation (VoP) in aircraft electrical cables. It is intended to be used together with EN 3475-100 (general test-method provisions) and provides a repeatable procedure for laboratories and manufacturers to determine the signal propagation speed in cable samples for aerospace applications.

- V = 10.6 / t
- where V is in kilometres per second (km/s) and t is in nanoseconds (ns).
- Acceptance: The measured VoP must fall within limits specified in the applicable product standard for the cable under test.
