Energy efficiency of industrial trucks - Test methods - Part 4: Variable-reach rough-terrain trucks

This document specifies the method of power consumption measurement for non-slewing variable reach rough terrain trucks as defined in ISO 5053-1 herein after referred to as trucks.
This document should be used in conjunction with EN 16796-1, where the requirements of this part differ from that in part 1 -requirements in this part 4 will take precedent.

Dieses Dokument legt das Verfahren zur Messung des Energieverbrauchs für nicht schwenkbare gelände-gängige Stapler mit veränderlicher Reichweite nach ISO 5053 1 fest, die im Folgenden als Flurförderzeuge bezeichnet werden.
Dieses Dokument muss in Verbindung mit EN 16796 1 verwendet werden - sollten sich die Anforderungen in diesem Teil von denen in Teil 1 unterscheiden, haben die Anforderungen in diesem Teil 4 Vorrang.

Le présent document spécifie la méthode de mesure de la consommation d'énergie des chariots tout terrain à portée variable non rotatifs tels que définis dans l'ISO 5053-1, ci-après désignés chariots.
Il convient que le présent document soit utilisé conjointement avec l'EN 16796-1, lorsque les prescriptions de la présente partie sont différentes de celles de la partie 1, les prescriptions de la présente partie 4 prévalent.

This document (EN 16796-4:2019) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 150 “Industrial
Trucks - Safety”, the secretariat of which is held by BSI.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by September 2019, and conflicting national standards
shall be withdrawn at the latest by September 2019.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
