Railway applications - Rolling stock - Onboard lithium-ion traction batteries

IEC 62928:2017 specifies the design, operation parameters, safety recommendations, data exchange, routine and type tests, as well as marking and designation for onboard lithium-ion traction batteries for railway applications. Battery systems described in this document are used for the energy storage system (ESS) for the traction power of railway vehicles such as hybrid vehicles as defined in IEC 62864-1:2016.

Les systèmes de batteries décrits dans le présent document sont utilisés dans le cadre du système de stockage de l'énergie afin de fournir une alimentation de traction aux véhicules ferroviaires tels que les véhicules hybrides définis dans l'IEC 62864-1:2016.

Ta dokument se uporablja za vgrajene litij-ionske vlečne baterije za železniške naprave. Ta dokument določa načrtovanje, parametre delovanja, varnostna priporočila, izmenjavo podatkov, rutinske in tipske preskuse ter označevanje in poimenovanje.
Baterijski sistemi, opisani v tem dokumentu, se uporabljajo za sisteme za shranjevanje energije (EES) za napajanje železniških vozil, kot so hibridna vozila, opredeljena v standardu IEC 62864-1:2016.
Pomožne baterije za napajanje samo pomožne opreme niso zajete.
Podkomponente znotraj baterijskih sistemov, npr. sistem za upravljanje baterij (BMS) in sistem za termalno upravljanje baterij (BTMS), so prav tako zajete v tem dokumentu.
Oprema za pretvorbo energije (npr. razsekalnik, pretvornik itd.), dušilke, kondenzatorji in stikalne naprave ne spadajo na področje uporabe tega dokumenta.
Splošne zahteve za sisteme za shranjevanje energije na vozilu so opisane v standardu IEC 62864-1:2016.
Ta dokument določa tehnologijo litij-ionskih baterij, vendar ne preprečuje uporabe drugih baterijskih tehnologij za uporabo kot vlečne baterije.
Hibridni sistem za shranjevanje energije, ki uporablja dve ali več tehnologij za shranjevanje energije, npr. vlečno baterijo in dvoplastne kondenzatorje, ni zajet v tem dokumentu.
