Transmitters for use in industrial-process control systems - Part 3: Methods for performance evaluation of intelligent transmitters

IEC 60770-3:2014 specifies methods for: - assessment of the functionality of intelligent transmitters; - testing the operational behaviour, as well as the static and dynamic performance of an intelligent transmitter and methodologies for determining the reliability and diagnostic features used to detect malfunctions; - determining the communication capabilities of the intelligent transmitters in a communication network. This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition published in 2006 and constitutes a technical revision. It includes the following changes: - Introduction. - Terms and definitions: all definitions already present in IEC 60050 and in IEC 61298 have been deleted. - All parts: added concept of wireless transmitters.

L'IEC 60770-3:2014 spécifie les méthodes pour: - l'évaluation de la fonctionnalité des transmetteurs intelligents; - les essais des comportements opérationnels ainsi que des performances statiques et dynamiques des transmetteurs intelligents et les méthodologies pour: - la détermination de la fiabilité et des fonctions de diagnostic utilisées pour détecter les dysfonctionnements; - la détermination des capacités de communication des transmetteurs intelligents sur un réseau de communication. Cette deuxième édition annule et remplace la première édition parue en 2006. Elle constitue une révision technique. Elle inclut les modifications suivantes: - Introduction. - Termes et définitions: suppression de toutes les définitions figurant déjà dans l'IEC 60050 et dans l'IEC 61298. - Dans toutes les parties: ajout du concept de transmetteurs sans fil.

Ta del standarda IEC 60770 določa naslednje metode.
• Metode za
– ocenjevanje funkcionalnosti inteligentnih oddajnikov;
– preskušanje operativnega vedenja ter statičnih in dinamičnih lastnosti inteligentnega oddajnika.
• Metodologije za
– ugotavljanje zanesljivosti in diagnostičnih funkcij, ki se uporabljajo za odkrivanje okvar;
– ugotavljanje komunikacijskih zmožnosti inteligentnih oddajnikov v komunikacijskem omrežju.
Metode in metodologije se uporabljajo za inteligentne oddajnike, ki pretvorijo eno ali več fizičnih, kemičnih ali električnih veličin v digitalne signale za uporabo v komunikacijskem omrežju (kot je določeno v seriji standardov IEC 61158 ali drugih) ali v analogne električne signale (kot je določeno v seriji standardov IEC 60381).
Metode in metodologije, navedene v tem delu standarda IEC 60770, so namenjene uporabi:
– proizvajalcem za določanje lastnosti svojih izdelkov, in
– uporabnikom ali neodvisnim preskusnim laboratorijem za preverjanje specifikacij lastnosti opreme.
Proizvajalce inteligentnih oddajnikov se spodbuja, da ta del standarda IEC 60770 uporabljajo v zgodnji fazi razvoja.
Namen tega standarda je zagotoviti smernice za oblikovanje ocenjevanja inteligentnih oddajnikov, tako da zagotovi:
– kontrolni seznam za strukturirani pregled zasnove strojne in programske opreme;
– preskusne metode za merjenje in kvalificiranje njihovih lastnosti, zanesljivosti in delovanja pod različnimi okoljskimi in delovnimi pogoji.
