La présente Norme internationale spécifie une méthode de mesurage d'un débit de liquide en conduite fermée par mesurage de la masse de liquide déversé dans une cuve de pesée pendant un certain temps. Elle traite en particulier de l'appareillage de mesure, du mode opératoire, de la méthode de calcul du débit et des incertitudes sur les résultats de mesure.
