This document specifies the requirements and test methods of metal lath and beads for internal plastering.
This document covers metal lath intended to be used for fixing to structures or solid backgrounds to provide a key to hold the plaster in position. Metal lath is used vertically to support linings for walls, partitions and columns and horizontally to support linings for ceilings and beams. Used in this way it enables fire protecting plastering systems to be provided.
This document covers metal beads intended to be used to improve the protection of corners and also provide features to the internal finish of the construction as well as metal beads intended to be used as depth gauge beads and movement or expansion beads. They also contribute to fire protection.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen an Putzträger und Putzprofile aus Metall für Innenputze und die entsprechenden Prüfverfahren fest.
Diese Europäische Norm Dokument gilt für Putzträger aus Metall, die an Unterkonstruktionen oder festen Untergründen befestigt werden, um einen Putzgrund zu schaffen, der die Haftung des Putzes sicherstellt. Putzträger aus Metall werden vertikal als Putzuntergrund für Wände, Trennwände und Stützen und horizontal als Putzuntergrund für Decken und Balken verwendet. Auf diese Art verwendet, ermöglichen sie die Herstellung von Brandschutz-Putzsystemen.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt auch für Putzprofile aus Metall, die zur Verbesserung des Eckenschutzes und als dekorative Putzanschlüsse und Putzabschlüsse verwendet werden, sowie für Putzprofile, die als Schnellputzleisten und Bewegungs- oder Dehnungsfugenprofile verwendet werden. Putzprofile aus Metall tragen auch zum Brandschutz bei.
Lattis et cornières métalliques - Définitions, exigences et méthodes d'essai - Partie 1 : Enduits intérieurs
La présente Norme européenne définit les exigences et les méthodes d’essai applicables aux lattis et aux cornières métalliques destinés à l’application d’enduits intérieurs.
La présente Norme européenne s’applique aux lattis métalliques destinés à permettre la fixation à des structures ou à des supports solides, afin de fournir un support d’accrochage de l’enduit. Le lattis s’emploie verticalement comme support d’enduit des revêtements de murs, de cloisons et de colonnes, et horizontalement comme support d’enduit des revêtements de plafonds et de poutres. Le lattis permet, dans ce type d’utilisation, la mise en place de systèmes d’enduits de protection contre l’incendie.
La présente Norme européenne concerne les cornières métalliques destinées à être utilisées pour améliorer la protection des angles et obtenir les caractéristiques des finitions intérieures de la construction ainsi que les cornières métalliques destinées à être utilisées en tant qu’indicateurs d’épaisseur, cornières de mouvement ou d’expansion. Les cornières contribuent également à la protection contre l’incendie.

This document is currently submitted to the CEN Enquiry.
This document will supersede EN 13658-1:2005.
This document has been prepared under a mandate given to CEN by the European Commission and the
European Free Trade Association, and supports essential requirements of Regulation (EU)
No. 305/2011.

1 Scope
This European Standard specifies the requirements and test methods of metal lath and beads for
internal plastering.
This European Standard covers metal lath intended to be used for fixing to structures or solid
backgrounds to provide a key to hold the plaster in position. Metal lath is used vertically to support
linings for walls, partitions and columns and horizontally to support linings for ceilings and beams.
