Uvajanje standarda EN ISO 9001 Sistemi vodenja kakovosti v organizacije, ki nudijo storitve notranjega ali mednarodnega prevoza blaga po cesti ali železnici, lahko predstavlja težavo, posebej če te organizacije običajno niso vajene voditi sistema kakovosti za področje storitev.
