Gas meters - Conversion devices - Part 2: Energy conversion

This European Standard specifies the requirements and tests for the construction, performance, safety and conformity of conversion devices used to determine the energy of fuel gases described in the Table 1, including those of the 1st and 2nd families according to EN 437.
The energy conversion device (ECD) considered in this standard consists of an energy calculator (EC) and is associated with the following devices and/or functions:
-   a volume conversion device (VCD) or a flow computer used as gas meter conversion, either conforming to EN 12405-1, or to prEN 12405-3, for high accuracy measurements;
-   a calorific value determination device (CVDD).
Requirements for type approval tests of the devices, not included in the above-mentioned standards are described in appropriate annexes specified in Table 6.
For the purpose of this European Standard, the term "volume conversion devices" (VCDs) includes flow computers (FCs).
A single calculator may undertake the volume conversion functions for different metering lines.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen und Prüfungen für die Auslegung, die Eigenschaften, die Sicherheit und die Konformität von Umwertern zur Bestimmung der Energie der in Tabelle 1 beschriebenen Brenngase, einschließlich derer der 1. und 2. Gasfamilie nach EN 437 fest.
Der in dieser Norm betrachtete Energieumwerter (E-U) besteht aus einem Energierechner (E-R) und ist mit einer oder mehreren der nachfolgenden Einheiten und/oder Funktionen verbunden:
-   einem Volumenumwerter (V-U) oder ein Durchflussrechner, verwendet als Gasmessumwerter, entweder nach EN 12405-1:2005+A2:2010 oder prEN 12405-3 für hochgenaue Energiemessungen;
-   einer Brennwert-Bestimmungseinheit (BME).
Anforderungen für Baumusterprüfungen von Baueinheiten, die nicht in den vorgenannten Normen enthalten sind, werden in den jeweiligen in Tabelle 6 aufgeführten Anhängen beschrieben.
Für die Anwendung dieser Europäischen Norm beinhaltet der Begriff „Volumenumwerter“ (V-U) auch Flowcomputer (Durchflussrechner) (FCs).
Ein einzelner Rechner kann die Volumenumrechnungsfunktionen für verschiedene Messleitungen durchführen.

La Partie 2 de la présente norme spécifie les exigences et les essais pour la fabrication, les performances, la sécurité et la conformité des dispositifs de conversion utilisés pour déterminer l’énergie des gaz combustibles, y compris ceux de première et deuxième famille, telles que définies dans l’EN 437.
Le dispositif de conversion d’énergie (ECD) considéré dans la présente norme consiste en un calculateur d’énergie (EC) et est associé à un ou plusieurs des dispositifs et/ou fonctions suivants :
-   un dispositif de conversion de volume (VCD) ou un calculateur de débit utilisé comme dispositif de conversion de compteur de gaz, conformément à l’EN 12405-1 ou au prEN 12405-3 pour un mesurage précis de l’énergie ;
-   un dispositif de détermination du pouvoir calorifique (CVDD).
Les exigences pour les essais d’homologation du type des dispositifs non comprises dans les normes mentionnées ci-dessus sont décrites dans les annexes appropriées, spécifiées dans le Tableau 6.
Pour les besoins de la présente norme, le terme « dispositifs de conversion de volume » (VCD) comprend les calculateurs de débit (FC).
Un calculateur unique peut réaliser la fonction de conversion de volume pour plusieurs lignes de mesure.

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve in preskuse za konstrukcijo, delovanje, varnost in skladnost korektorjev, ki se uporabljajo za določanje energije gorivnih plinov iz preglednice 1, vključno s korektorji iz prve in druge skupine v skladu s standardom EN 437. Energijski korektor (ECD) iz tega standarda zajema energijski kalkulator (EC) in je povezan z naslednjimi napravami in/ali funkcijami: – prostorninskim korektorjem (VCD) ali računalnikom pretoka, ki se uporablja kot korektor plinomera, in sicer v skladu s standardom EN 12405-1:2005+A2:2010 ali standardom prEN 12405-3 za zelo točne meritve, – napravo za ugotavljanje kalorične vrednosti (CVDD). Zahteve glede homologacijskih preskusov naprav, ki niso vključene v zgoraj navedene standarde, so opisane v ustreznih dodatkih, opredeljenih v preglednici 6. Izraz »prostorninski korektorji« (VCD) za namen tega evropskega standarda zajema računalnike pretoka (FC). En sam računalnik lahko izvaja funkcije prostorninske korekcije za različne merilne vode.
