Automatic electrical controls - Part 1: General requirements

IEC 60703-1:2022 applies to automatic electrical controls for use in, on, or in association with equipment for household appliance and similar use. This document applies to
- the inherent safety of automatic electrical controls, and
- functional safety of automatic electrical controls and safety related systems,
- controls where the performance (for example the effect of EMC phenomena) of the product can impair the overall safety and performance of the controlled system,
- the operating values, operating times, and operating sequences where such are associated with equipment safety.
This document specifies the requirements for construction, operation and testing of automatic electrical controls used in, on, or in association with an equipment.

L'IEC 60703-1:2022 s’applique aux commandes électriques automatiques destinées à être utilisées dans, sur ou en association avec des équipements pour appareils ménagers et à usage similaire. Le présent document s’applique aux
- la sécurité inhérente des commandes électriques automatiques, et
- la sécurité fonctionnelle des commandes électriques automatiques et des systèmes liés à la sécurité,
- les contrôles lorsque les performances (par exemple l’effet des phénomènes CEM) du produit peuvent nuire à la sécurité et aux performances globales du système contrôlé,
- les valeurs de fonctionnement, les temps de fonctionnement et les séquences de fonctionnement lorsque ceux-ci sont associés à la sécurité de l’équipement.
Le présent document spécifie les exigences relatives à la construction, au fonctionnement et aux essais des commandes électriques automatiques utilisées dans, sur ou en association avec un équipement.

Ta dokument se uporablja za avtomatske električne krmilne naprave:
• ki se uporabljajo v ali na opremi za gospodinjstvo in podobno uporabo oziroma v povezavi z njo;
OPOMBA 1: Beseda »oprema« v tem dokumentu zajema »naprave in opremo«.
• za avtomatizacijo stavb v okviru skupin standardov ISO 16484 in IEC 63044 (HBES/BACS);
PRIMER 1: Ločeno nameščeni ventili za vodo, krmilne naprave v sistemih pametnega omrežja in krmiljenje sistemov za avtomatizacijo stavb v okviru standarda ISO 16484-2.
• za opremo za javno uporabo, kot je oprema, namenjena za uporabo v trgovinah,
pisarnah, bolnišnicah, na kmetijah ter za komercialno in industrijsko uporabo;
PRIMER 2: Krmiljenje komercialne opreme za pripravo in dostavo hrane, ogrevanje ter klimatizacijo.
• ki so pametne krmilne naprave;
PRIMER 3: Krmiljenje pametnega omrežja, oddaljeni vmesniki/nadzor opreme, ki uporablja električno energijo, vključno z računalnikom ali pametnim telefonom.
• ki delujejo na izmenični ali enosmerni tok, z nazivno napetostjo, ki ne presega 690 V pri izmeničnem oziroma 600 V pri enosmernem toku, pri čemer so vir enosmernega toka primarne ali sekundarne baterije;
• ki se uporabljajo v ali na opremi, za katero se samostojno ali v kombinaciji uporablja elektrika, plin, nafta, trdno gorivo, sončna toplotna energija itd., oziroma v povezavi z njo;
• ki se uporabljajo kot del krmilnega sistema, ali naprave, ki so mehansko integrirane v večfunkcijske krmilne naprave brez električnih izhodov;
• ki uporabljajo termistorje NTC ali PTC, in za diskretne termistorje, za katere so zahteve podane v dodatku J;
• ki so mehansko ali električno upravljane in nadzorujejo ali se odzivajo na lastnosti, kot so temperatura, tlak, potek časa, vlažnost, svetloba, elektrostatični učinki, pretok ali nivo tekočine, tok, napetost, pospešek ali njihove kombinacije;
• ter tudi za ročne krmilne naprave, če so v električnem in/ali mehanskem smislu sestavni del avtomatskih krmilnih naprav.
OPOMBA 2: Zahteve za ročno aktivirana mehanska stikala, ki niso del avtomatske krmilne naprave, so podane v standardu IEC 61058-1-1.
Ta dokument se uporablja za:
– inherentno varnost avtomatskih električnih krmilnih naprav;
– funkcionalno varnost avtomatskih električnih krmilnih naprav in varnostnih sistemov;
– krmilne naprave, katerih delovanje (npr. vpliv elektromagnetnih pojavov) lahko vpliva na splošno varnost in delovanje krmiljenega sistema;
– vrednosti delovanja, čas delovanja in zaporedja delovanja, ki so povezana z varnostjo opreme.
Ta dokument določa zahteve za izdelavo, delovanje in preskušanje avtomatskih električnih krmilnih naprav, ki se uporabljajo v ali na opremi oziroma v povezavi z njo.
Ta dokument:
• se ne uporablja za avtomatske elektronske krmilne naprave, namenjene izključno za industrijsko uporabo, razen če je to izrecno navedeno v ustreznem 2. delu ali standardu za opremo.
Vendar dokument je mogoče uporabiti za vrednotenje avtomatskih električnih krmilnih naprav, namenjenih izključno za industrijsko uporabo, kadar ne obstaja ustrezen standard za varnost;
• ne upošteva odzivne vrednosti avtomatskega delovanja krmilne naprave, če je taka odzivna vrednost odvisna od načina vgradnje naprave v opremo. Kadar je odzivna vrednost pomembna za zaščito uporabnika ali okolice, se uporablja vrednost, opredeljena v ustreznem standardu za opremo, ali kot jo določi proizvajalec;
• ne obravnava celovitosti izhodnega signala v omrežne naprave, kot je interoperabilnost z drugimi napravami, razen če je bilo to ovrednoteno v okviru krmilnega sistema.

level by publication of an identical national standard or by endorsement
• latest date by which the national standards conflicting with the (dow) –
document have to be withdrawn
This document supersedes EN 60730-1:2016 and all of its amendments and corrigenda (if any).
