This European Standard defines the requirements for: a) the Accreditation of Attestors and/or Attestation Bodies; b) the Attestation system; c) the assessment, with a view to obtaining a Certificate of attestation, of the contract award procedures and practices of those entities falling within the scope of national rules implementing Council Directive 93/38/EEC, respecting the requirements in Articles 3 to 7 of Council Directive 92/13/EEC.

Diese Europäische Norm definiert die Anforderungen für: a) die Akkreditierung von Attestoren und/oder Bescheinigungsstellen; b) das Bescheinigungsverfahren; c) die Bewertung im Hinblick auf den Erhalt eines Bescheinigungszertikitats, auf die Verfahren und Praktiken der Auftragsvergabe von solchen Auftraggebern, die in den Geltungsbereich der in das nationale Recht umgesetzten Richtlinie 93/38/EWG fallen. Dabei werden die Anforderungen nach den Artikeln 3 bis 7 der Richtlinie 92/13/EWG berücksichtigt.

La présente norme européenne définit les conditions requises pour: a) l'accréditation des attestateurs et/ou des organismes d'attestation; b) le système d'attestation; c) l'évaluation, en vue d'obtenir un certificat d'attestation, des procédures de passation des marchés et de leur mise en oeuvre pratique par les entités entrant dans le champ d'application des règles nationales transposant la Directive 93/38 CEE du Conseil, et respectant les exigences essentielles des articles 3 à 7 de la Directive 92/13 CEE du Conseil.
