This European Standard applies to cold-rolled stainless, heat-resisting steel flat products in thicknesses up to and including 3,0 mm and rolled widths of less than 600 mm delivered as: a) narrow strip (coils with a rolled width < 600 mm), b) slit cold-rolled narrow strip, c) cut lengths obtained from slit cold- rolled narrow strip or cold-rolled narrow strip. It does not apply to cold- rolled stainless, heat resisting and creep resisting steel wide strip and plate/sheet (rolled width greater or equal to 600 mm, see EN 10259), or to cold-rolled products for which there is a specific standard.

Diese europäische Norm gilt für kaltgewalzte Flacherzeugnisse aus nichtrostenden und hitzebeständigen Stählen in Dicken < oder = 3,0 mm und in Walzbreiten < 600 mm, lieferbar als: a) Kaltband (in Rollen in Walzbreiten < 600 mm), b) Längsgeteiltes Kaltband, c) Stäbe (abgelängt aus längsgeteiltem Kaltband oder Kaltband).

La présente norme européenne est applicable aux produits plats laminés à froid en acier inoxydable et en acier réfractaire, d'épaisseur < ou égale à 3,0 mm et de largeur de laminage inférieure à 600 mm, livrés sous forme de: a) feuillard (bobines avec largeur laminée < 600 mm), b) feuillard refendu, c) feuillard coupé à longueur (flan) obtenu à partir de feuillard refendu ou du feuillard d'origine.
