Safety rules for the construction and installation of lifts - Lifts for the transport of persons and goods - Part 21: New passenger and goods passenger lifts in existing building
This document specifies the safety rules related to passenger and goods/passenger lifts installed in existing buildings where limitations enforced by certain building constraints mean that some requirements of EN 81-20:2020 cannot be met.
It addresses the following constraints and gives requirements for alternative solutions:
- existing perforate walls of the lift well;
- reduction in available well are leading to reduced distance between car, counterweight or balancing weight;
- counterweight or balancing weight in a separate existing well;
- reduced building dimensions and clearances leading to:
- reductions in available space for headroom and pit;
- reduced car roof balustrade dimensions;
- reduced height of sill apron;
- reduced height of machine and/or pulley room;
- reduced available area for access door/trap door;
- reduction in available height of landing doors.
This document is not applicable to lifts installed before the date of its publication.
— Bestehende durchbrochene Schachtwände;
— die Verringerung des verfügbaren Schachts führt zu einem geringeren Abstand zwischen Fahrkorb, Gegengewicht oder Ausgleichsgewicht;
— Gegengewicht oder Ausgleichsgewicht in einem separaten vorhandenen Schacht;
— reduzierte Gebäudemaße und Abstände führen zu:
— Reduzierung des vorhandenen Schutzraums für Schachtkopf und Schachtgrube;
— Reduzierung der Fahrkorbdachumwehrung;
— Reduzierung der Höhe der Fahrkorbschürze;
— Reduzierung der Höhe des Triebwerksraums und/oder Rollenräume;
- parois de gaine non pleine existantes ;
- réduction de la gaine disponible, entraînant une réduction de la distance entre la cabine, le contrepoids ou la masse d'équilibrage ;
- contrepoids ou masse d'équilibrage dans une gaine séparée existante ;
- réduction de l'espace disponible en partie supérieure de la gaine et en cuvette ;
- réduction des dimensions de la balustrade de toit de cabine ;
- réduction de la hauteur du garde-pieds de la cabine ;
- réduction de la hauteur du local de machines/de poulies ;
- réduction de l'espace disponible pour la porte/trappe d'accès ;
Varnostna pravila za konstruiranje in vgradnjo dvigal (liftov) - Dvigala za prevoz oseb in blaga - 21. del: Nova osebna in osebno-tovorna dvigala v obstoječih stavbah
Ta dokument določa varnostna pravila za osebna in tovorno-osebna dvigala, vgrajena v obstoječih stavbah, kadar zaradi omejitev, ki jih narekujejo določene gradbene ovire, nekaterih zahtev standarda EN 81-20:2020 ni mogoče izpolniti.
Ta dokument je treba uporabljati v povezavi s standardom EN 81-20:2020. Obravnava naslednje omejitve in določa zahteve za alternativne rešitve:
– obstoječe perforirane stene jaška dvigala;
– zmanjšanje razpoložljivega jaška povzroči zmanjšanje razdalje med kabino, protiutežjo ali izravnalno utežjo;
– protiutež ali izravnalna utež v ločenem obstoječem jašku;
– manjše dimenzije zgradbe in odmiki, ki vodijo do:
– zmanjšanja razpoložljivega prostora nad glavo in v jašku;
– zmanjšanja dimenzij podestne ograje za kabino;
– zmanjšanja višine plošče praga;
– zmanjšanja višine strojnice in/ali prostora za jermenice;
– zmanjšanja območja, ki je na voljo za dostopna vrata/loputo;
