Dieser Teil von ISO 105 beschreibt zwei Prüfverfahren zur Bestimmung der Widerstandsfähigkeit der Farbe von Textilien jeder Art und in allen Verarbeitungszuständen gegen die Einwirkung von Stickoxiden, wie sie beim Verbrennen von Gas, Kohle, Öl usw. sowie beim Vorbeistreichen von Luft an elektrischen Heizdrähten entstehen. Die beiden Prüfverfahren unterschieden sich in der Schwere der Beanspruchung. Eine oder beide davon werden durchgeführt, abhängig von dem zuerst erhaltenen Ergebnis (siehe 7.2.4).

1.1 La présente partie de l'ISO 105 prescrit deux méthodes pour la détermination de la résistance des teintures sur les textiles de toute nature, à tous leurs stades de transformation, à l'action des oxydes d'azote produits au cours de la combustion du gaz, du charbon, de l'essence, etc., et lors du passage de l'air sur des filaments portés au rouge. 1.2 Deux essais différant par leur sévérité sont prévus; l'un ou l'autre, ou les deux, peuvent être effectués, suivant les résultats obtenus (voir 7.2.4).
