Copper and copper alloys - Semiconductor devices, electronic and vacuum products made from high conductivity copper
This European Standard specifies the composition, property requirements including electrical properties and tolerances on dimensions and form of semiconductor devices, electronic and vacuum products in two copper grates Cu-OFE (CW009A) and Cu-PHCE (CW022A), in the form of wrought products, e.g. plate, sheet, strip, seamless tube, rod, bar, wire, profiles.
The sampling procedures, the methods of test for verification of conformity to the requirements of this European Standard, and the delivery conditions are also specified.
This European Standard applies to the wrought copper products as delivered to the device manufacturer, i.e. for further fabrication.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Zusammensetzung, die Anforderungen an die Eigenschaften, einschließlich elektrische Eigenschaften, Grenzabmaße und Formtoleranzen der zwei Kupfersorten Cu-OFE (CW009A) und Cu-PHCE (CW022A), für die Anwendung in der Elektronik, als Halbleiterbauelemente und für die Vakuumtechnik fest, und zwar als Produkte, die durch plastisches Umformen hergestellt wurden, z. B. Platten, Bleche, Bänder, nahtlose Rohre, Stangen, Drähte und Profile.
Der Ablauf der Probenentnahme, die Prüfverfahren zur Feststellung der Übereinstimmung mit den Anforderungen dieser Europäischen Norm und die Lieferbedingungen sind ebenfalls festgelegt.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Produkte aus Kupfer, die durch plastisches Umformen hergestellt wurden, so wie sie an die Hersteller von Bauteilen geliefert werden, d. h. zur weiteren Bearbeitung.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie la composition, les caractéristiques, y compris les caractéristiques électriques et les tolérances de dimensions et de forme des dispositifs semi-conducteurs et des produits électroniques et sous vide fabriqués dans deux nuances de cuivre Cu-OFE (CW009A) et Cu-PHCE (CW022A), se présentant sous la forme de produits corroyés, par exemple plaque, tôle, bande, tube sans soudure, barre, fil, profilés.
Les procédures d'échantillonnage, les méthodes d'essai pour la vérification de la conformité aux exigences de la présente norme et les conditions de livraison sont également spécifiées.
La présente Norme européenne s'applique aux produits en cuivre corroyé tels qu'ils sont livrés au fabricant du dispositif, à savoir pour toute fabrication ultérieure.

Ta evropski standard določa sestavo, zahteve glede značilnosti, vključno z električnimi lastnostmi, ter odstopanja glede dimenzij in oblike za elektronske cevi, polprevodniške sklope in uporabo v vakuumu v bakrenih rešetkah Cu-OFE (CW009A) in Cu-PHCE (CW022A) v obliki gnetenih izdelkov, kot so plošče, ponjave, trakovi, nevarjene cevi, drogovi, palice, žice in profili. Določeni so tudi postopki vzorčenja, preskusne metode za preverjanje skladnosti z zahtevami tega evropskega standarda in dobavni pogoji. Ta evropski standard velja za gnetene bakrene izdelke, ki so dostavljeni proizvajalcu naprav, tj. za nadaljnjo proizvodnjo.
