prEN 6059-305 - Fluid absorption is a draft European aerospace test method for verifying the fluid repellent properties of protection sleeves used on electrical cables and cable bundles. Intended for use together with EN 6059-100, this standard defines how to expose sleeve specimens to a controlled drip of fluid and judge whether the sleeve prevents fluid transfer to an underlying absorbing material.
