This European Standard excludes the equipping of depot storage vessels and refrigerated storage vessels.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen an die Ausrüstung von ober- oder unterirdischen Druckbehältern für Flüssiggas (LPG, en: Liquefied Petroleum Gas) mit einem Fassungsraum bis einschließlich 13 m3 fest, die nach EN 12542 oder gleichwertigen Festlegungen hergestellt und einer hydraulischen Prüfung unterzogen wurden.
Die von dieser Europäischen Norm erfasste Ausrüstung ist direkt an den Anschlüssen des Druckbehälters befestigt.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für die Ausrüstung von Depot-Lagerbehältern und von Druckbehältern für die Lagerung tiefkalter Gase.

Les équipements concernés par la présente Norme européenne sont directement montés sur les raccords des réservoirs sous pression.
La présente Norme européenne exclut les réservoirs sous pression de stockage des dépôts de ravitaillement et les réservoirs de stockage réfrigérés.
