This document sets out a framework and standards for managing cultural heritage collections. It is intended for use by collecting organizations such as archives, libraries, museums and galleries. It is applicable to all types of moveable cultural heritage, whether in physical or digital formats. It promotes core essential policies and procedures that all such organizations shall seek to apply as a minimum and encourages a cycle of continuous review and improvement.

Dieses Dokument legt einen Rahmen und Vorgaben für die Verwaltung von Sammlungen des Kulturerbes fest. Es ist für die Nutzung durch sammelnde Organisationen wie Archive, Bibliotheken, Museen und Galerien vorgesehen. Es ist für alle Arten beweglichen Kulturerbes, ob in physischen oder digitalen Formaten, anwendbar. Es unterstützt wichtige Kernrichtlinien und verfahren, um deren Anwendung all diese Organisationen mindestens bemüht sein müssen, und regt eine kontinuierliche, zyklische Überprüfung und Verbesserung an.

Le présent document définit un cadre et des normes pour la gestion des collections relevant du patrimoine culturel. Il est destiné à être utilisé par les établissements collecteurs, tels que les archives, les bibliothèques, les musées et les galeries. Il s'applique à tous les types de patrimoine culturel mobilier, qu'il se présente sous forme physique ou numérique. Il promeut des politiques et des procédures essentielles que tous ces établissements doivent chercher à appliquer au minimum et il encourage un cycle de révision et d'amélioration continues.
Ohranjanje kulturne dediščine - Specifikacije za upravljanje premičnih zbirk kulturne dediščine
Ta dokument določa okvir in standarde za upravljanje zbirk kulturne dediščine. Namenjen je zbirateljskim organizacijam, kot so arhivi, knjižnice, muzeji in galerije. Uporablja se za vse vrste premične kulturne dediščine, in sicer v fizični ali digitalni obliki. Spodbuja glavne bistvene pravilnike in postopke, ki jih morajo vse take organizacije skušati uporabljati kot minimum, ter spodbuja cikel rednega pregledovanja in nenehnega izboljševanja.
