Uninterruptible power systems (UPS) - Part 5-3: DC output UPS - Performance and test requirements
IEC 62040-5-3:2016 establishes the performance and test requirements applied to movable, stationary and fixed electronic DC uninterruptible power systems (DC UPS) that - are supplied from an AC voltage source not exceeding 1 000 V, - deliver a DC output voltage not exceeding 1 500 V, - incorporate an energy storage device, and - have a primary function to ensure continuity of DC power to loads. This document specifies performance and test requirements of a complete DC UPS and not of individual DC UPS functional units.

L'IEC 62040-5-3:2016 établit les exigences de performance et d'essai appliquées aux alimentations sans interruption à tension continue (ASI à tension continue) électroniques mobiles, semi-fixes ou installées à poste fixe qui - sont alimentées par une source de tension en courant alternatif n'excédant pas 1 000 V, - délivrent une tension de sortie continue n'excédant pas 1 500 V, - intègrent un dispositif de stockage d'énergie, et - possèdent une fonction primaire visant à maintenir la continuité de l'alimentation en courant continu des charges. Le présent document spécifie les exigences de performances et d'essais relatives à une ASI à tension continue complète et non aux unités fonctionnelles d'ASI à tension continue individuelles.

Ta del standarda IEC 62040 določa lastnosti in preskusne zahteve, ki se uporabljajo za premične, stacionarne in fiksne elektronske sisteme za neprekinjeno napajanje z enosmernim tokom (DC UPS), ki
– se napajajo iz vira izmeničnega toka z napetostjo, ki ne presega 1000 V,
– dobavljajo enosmerni tok z napetostjo, ki ne presega 1500 V,
– vključujejo napravo za shranjevanje električne energije in
– vključujejo glavno funkcijo zagotavljanja neprekinjene dobave enosmernega toka porabnikom.
Ta dokument določa lastnosti in preskusne zahteve celotnega sistema za neprekinjeno napajanje z enosmernim tokom in ne posameznih funkcijskih enot sistema. Posamezne funkcijske enote sistema za neprekinjeno napajanje z enosmernim tokom so obravnavane v publikacijah IEC, ki so navedene v bibliografiji in se uporabljajo, če niso v nasprotju s tem dokumentom.
Sistemi za neprekinjeno napajanje z enosmernim tokom so bili razviti za širok razpon moči, od manj kot sto vatov do nekaj megavatov, da lahko izpolnjujejo zahteve glede razpoložljivosti in kakovosti energije za različne porabnike.
Glej dodatka A in B za informacije o tipičnih konfiguracijah in topologijah sistema za neprekinjeno napajanje z enosmernim tokom.
Ta dokument vsebuje tudi lastnosti in preskusne zahteve za morebitne odklopnike, ločilna stikala in povezovalna stikala, ki so sestavni del sistema za neprekinjeno napajanje z enosmernim tokom. Te komponente vzajemno delujejo z drugimi funkcijskimi enotami sistema za neprekinjeno napajanje z enosmernim tokom za vzdrževanje neprekinjenega napajanja.

– konvencionalnih izmeničnih vhodnih razdelilnikov in z njimi povezanih stikal,
– konvencionalnih enosmernih razdelilnikov in z njimi povezanih stikal,
– konvencionalnih sistemov za neprekinjeno napajanje z izmeničnim tokom, ki so zajeti v standardu IEC 62040-3,
– nizkonapetostnih naprav za napajanje z enosmernim tokom, ki so zajete v določenih standardih za izdelek, na primer IEC 61204, in tistih, ki so zajete v določenih standardih za izdelek, na primer komunikacijskih standardih ITU, ter
– sistemov, ki izhodno napetost pridobivajo iz rotacijske naprave.
OPOMBA 1: Ta dokument navaja, da je zagotavljanje razpoložljivosti energije za opremo informacijske tehnologije (IT) eden od glavnih načinov uporabe sistemov za neprekinjeno napajanje. Namen lastnosti izhoda sistema za neprekinjeno napajanje z enosmernim tokom, ki so navedene v tem dokumentu, je zato tudi zagotavljanje združljivosti z zahtevami opreme IT. To ob upoštevanju kakršnih koli omejitev, navedenih v deklaraciji proizvajalca, vključuje zahteve za spreminjanje napetosti v stacionarnem stanju in prehodne napetosti ter za lastnosti uporne obremenitve in obremenitve pri konstanti moči opreme IT.
OPOMBA 2: Preskusne obremenitve, ki so navedene v tem dokumentu, simulirajo lastnosti uporne obremenitve in obremenitve pri konstantni moči.
