Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) - Part 6-3: Generic standards - Emission standard for residential, commercial and light-industrial environments
This part of IEC 61000 for EMC emission requirements applies to electrical and electronic apparatus intended for use in residential, commercial and light-industrial environments. Emission requirements in the frequency range 0 Hz to 400 GHz are covered. No measurement needs to be performed at frequencies where no requirement is specified. This generic EMC emission standard is applicable if no relevant dedicated product or productfamily EMC emission standard exists. This standard applies to apparatus intended to be directly connected to a low-voltage public mains network or connected to a dedicated DC source, which is intended to interface between the apparatus and the low-voltage public mains network. This standard applies also to apparatus which is battery operated or is powered by a non-public, but non-industrial, lowvoltage power distribution system if this apparatus is intended to be used in the locations described below. The environments encompassed by this standard are residential, commercial and lightindustrial locations, both indoor and outdoor. The following list, although not comprehensive, gives an indication of locations that are included: - residential properties, for example houses, apartments; - retail outlets, for example shops, supermarkets; - business premises, for example offices, banks; - areas of public entertainment, for example cinemas, public bars, dance halls; - outdoor locations, for example petrol stations, car parks, amusement and sports centres; - light-industrial locations, for example workshops, laboratories, service centres. Locations that are characterised by being supplied directly at low voltage from the public mains network are considered to be residential, commercial or light-industrial. The object of this standard is to define the emission test requirements for apparatus defined in the scope in relation to continuous and transient, conducted and radiated disturbances. The emission requirements have been selected so as to ensure that disturbances generated by apparatus operating normally in residential, commercial and light-industrial locations do not exceed a level which could prevent other apparatus from operating as intended. Fault conditions of apparatus are not taken into account. Not all disturbance phenomena have been included for testing purposes in this standard but only those considered as relevant for the equipment covered by this standard. These requirements represent essential electromagnetic compatibility emission requirements.

Ta del IEC 61000 velja za zahteve glede elektromagnetne združljivosti pri oddajanju motenj za električne in elektronske aparate, ki se uporabljajo v stanovanjskih, poslovnih in manj zahtevnih industrijskih okoljih. Zajete so zahteve za oddajanje motenj v frekvenčnem razponu od 0 Hz do 400 GHz. Kjer zahteve niso določene, ni potrebno nobeno merjenje. Ta generični standard za elektromagnetno združljivost pri oddajanju motenj velja, če ne obstaja noben ustrezen namenski standard za elektromagnetno združljivost pri oddajanju motenj za posamezen proizvod ali družino proizvodov. Ta standard velja za aparate, ki se neposredno povežejo z nizkonapetostnim javnim električnim omrežjem ali se priklopijo v namenski vir enosmernega toka, ki je vmesnik med aparatom in nizkonapetostnim javnim električnim omrežjem. Ta standard velja tudi za aparate, ki delujejo na baterije ali se napajajo prek nejavnega, a neindustrijskega nizkonapetostnega sistema za distribucijo elektrike, če se tak aparat uporablja na spodaj opisanih lokacijah. Okolja, ki jih zajema ta standard, so stanovanjske, poslovne in manj zahtevne industrijske lokacije, v zaprtih prostorih in na prostem. Spodnji seznam sicer ne zajema vsega, vendar nakazuje vključene lokacije: - stanovanjske nepremičnine, na primer hiše, stanovanja; - maloprodajna mesta, na primer trgovine, supermarketi; - poslovni prostori, na primer pisarne, banke; - površine za javne prireditve, na primer kinodvorane, javni bari, plesne dvorane; - lokacije na prostem, na primer bencinske črpalke, parkirišča, zabavišča in športni centri; - manj zahtevne industrijske lokacije, na primer delavnice, laboratoriji, storitveni centri. Lokacije, za katere je značilno neposredno nizkonapetostno napajanje iz javnega električnega omrežja, so stanovanjske, poslovne ali manj težke industrijske. Cilj tega standarda je opredeliti zahteve za preskušanje oddajanja motenj za aparate, opredeljene v tem okviru, v zvezi z neprekinjenimi in prehodnimi, vodenimi in sevanimi motnjami. Zahteve za oddajanje motenj so bile izbrane tako, da zagotovijo, da motnje, ki jih proizvaja aparat, ki deluje normalno v stanovanjski, poslovni in lažji industrijski lokaciji, ne presežejo stopnje, nad katero drugi aparati ne morejo delovati, kot je predvideno. NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Evropsko dopolnilo EN 61000-6-3:2007/A1:2011 je pripravil tehnični odbor CLC/TC 210
Elektromagnetna združljivost (EMC). Slovensko dopolnilo SIST EN 61000-6-3:2007/A1:2011 je prevod
evropskega dopolnila EN 61000-6-3:2007/A1:2011. V primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega
prevoda v tem dopolnilu je odločilno izvirno evropsko dopolnilo v angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo
dopolnila je potrdil tehnični odbor SIST/TC EMC Elektromagnetna združljivost.
Odločitev za privzem tega dopolnila je v maju 2011 sprejel tehnični odbor SIST/TC EMC
Elektromagnetna združljivost.

To dopolnilo A1 spreminja evropski standard EN 61000-6-3:2007 in ga je CENELEC sprejel
12. januarja 2011. Člani CENELEC morajo izpolnjevati notranje predpise CEN/CENELEC, s katerimi
so predpisani pogoji za privzem tega dopolnila na nacionalno raven brez kakršnihkoli sprememb.
Najnovejši seznami teh nacionalnih standardov z njihovimi bibliografskimi podatki se na zahtevo lahko
dobijo pri Centralnem sekretariatu ali kateremkoli članu CENELEC.
Ta dopolnilo obstaja v treh uradnih izdajah (angleški, francoski in nemški). Izdaje v drugih jezikih, ki jih
člani CENELEC na lastno odgovornost prevedejo in izdajo ter prijavijo pri Centralnem sekretariatu,
veljajo kot uradne izdaje.

Predgovor k evropskemu dopolnilu
Besedilo dokumenta CISPR/H/206/FDIS, prihodnje dopolnilo 1 k IEC 61000-6-3:2006, ki ga je pripravil
pododbor CISPR SC H Meje za zaščito radijskih storitev, je CENELEC po vzporednem glasovanju v
IEC in CENELEC 1. januarja 2011 sprejel kot dopolnilo A1 k EN 61000-6-3:2007.
Opozoriti je treba na možnost, da bi lahko bil kateri od elementov tega dokumenta predmet patentnih
pravic. CEN in CENELEC nista odgovorna za identificiranje nobene od teh patentnih pravic.
Določena sta bila naslednja datuma:
– zadnji datum, do katerega mora dopolnilo dobiti status
nacionalnega dopolnila bodisi z objavo istovetnega besedila
ali z razglasitvijo (dop) 2011-10-01
– zadnji datum, ko je treba razveljaviti nacionalne standarde,
ki so z dopolnilom v nasprotju (dow) 2009-12-01
Dodatek ZA je dodal CENELEC.
Razglasitvena objava
Besedilo dopolnila 1:2010 k mednarodnemu standardu IEC 61000-6-3:2006 je CENELEC odobril kot
dopolnilo k evropskemu standardu brez kakršnihkoli sprememb.

This amendment A1 modifies the European Standard EN 61000-6-3:2007; it was approved by CENELEC on
2011-01-12. CENELEC members are bound to comply with the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations which
stipulate the conditions for giving this amendment the status of a national standard without any alteration.
Up-to-date lists and bibliographical references concerning such national standards may be obtained on
application to the Central Secretariat or to any CENELEC member.
This amendment exists in three official versions (English, French, German). A version in any other language
made by translation under the responsibility of a CENELEC member into its own language and notified to the
Central Secretariat has the same status as the official versions.
CENELEC members are the national electrotechnical committees of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus,
the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy,

Foreword
The text of document CISPR/H/206/FDIS, future amendment 1 to IEC 61000-6-3:2007, prepared by
CISPR SC H, Limits for the protection of radio services, was submitted to the IEC-CENELEC parallel vote
and was approved by CENELEC as amendment A1 to EN 61000-6-3:2007 on 2011-01-01.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
patent rights. CEN and CENELEC shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent
rights.
The following dates were fixed:
