NEW!IEC 60077-2:2017 is available as IEC 60077-2:2017 RLV which contains the International Standard and its Redline version, showing all changes of the technical content compared to the previous edition.IEC 60077-2:2017 provides general rules for all electrotechnical components installed in power circuits, auxiliary circuits, control and indicating circuits, etc., on railway rolling stock. The purpose of this document is to adapt the general rules given in IEC 60077-1 to all electrotechnical components for rolling stock, in order to obtain uniformity of requirements and tests for the corresponding range of components. This new edition includes the following main technical changes with regard to the previous edition: short circuit breaking capacity; rated short-time withstand current; critical currents range; specification of climatic conditions. This standard is to be read in conjunction with IEC 60077-1:2017.

Le présent document a pour but d'adapter les règles générales données dans l’IEC 60077-1 aux composants électrotechniques du matériel roulant afin d'harmoniser les exigences et les essais à la gamme de composants correspondante. Cette nouvelle édition inclut les modifications techniques majeures suivantes par rapport à l'édition précédente: pouvoir de coupure en court-circuit; courant assigné de courte durée admissible; plage de courants critiques; spécification des conditions climatiques. Cette norme doit être lue conjointement avec l'IEC 60077-1:2017.

Poleg pravil, ki so navedena v standardu IEC 60077-1, ta del standarda IEC 60077 določa splošna pravila za vse elektrotehnične komponente, ki so nameščene v električnih tokokrogih, pomožnih tokokrogih ter krmilnih in indikatorskih tokokrogih za vozna sredstva.
Namen tega dokumenta je prilagoditi splošna pravila, določena v standardu IEC 60077-1, vsem elektrotehničnim komponentam za vozna sredstva za oblikovanje enotnosti zahtev in preskusov za ustrezen obseg komponent.
Elektrotehnične komponente so predvsem stikalne in krmilne naprave, vključno z releji, ventili, upori, varovalkami itd., ne glede na naravo njihovega krmiljenja.
Vključitev elektronskih komponent ali elektronskih podsklopov v elektrotehnične komponente je zdaj običajna praksa. Čeprav se ta dokument ne uporablja za elektronsko opremo, prisotnost elektronskih komponent ni razlog za izključitev takih elektrotehničnih komponent s področja uporabe tega dokumenta.
Elektronski podsklopi so v skladu z ustreznim standardom.
Nekatera od teh pravil se po dogovoru med uporabnikom in proizvajalcem uporabljajo za elektrotehnične komponente, nameščene na vozilih, ki niso del železniških voznih sredstev, kot so rudniške lokomotive, trolejbusi itd.
Ta dokument določa:
a) značilnosti komponent;
b) pogoje obratovanja, v skladu s katerimi morajo biti komponente;
c) preskuse, katerih cilj je potrditi skladnost komponent s temi lastnostmi pri teh pogojih obratovanja in izpolnitev metod izvajanja teh preskusov;
d) podatke, ki jih je treba označiti na napravi ali jih priložiti napravi.
Ta dokument ne zajema industrijskih elektrotehničnih komponent, ki so v skladu z lastnim standardom za izdelek. Za zagotovitev zadovoljivega delovanje teh komponent za vozna sredstva se ta dokument uporablja samo za določanje posebnih zahtev za železniške naprave. V tem primeru poseben dokument določa dodatne zahteve, v skladu s katerimi morajo biti industrijske komponente, npr.:
– da so prilagojene (npr. krmilni napetosti, okoljskim pogojem itd.); ali
– da so nameščene in se uporabljajo tako, da niso izpostavljene posebnim železniškim razmeram; ali
– da se dodatno preveri, da lahko te komponente zadovoljivo prenesejo železniške razmere.
Če obstaja razlika med zahtevami tega dokumenta in ustreznim standardom za železniška vozna sredstva, imajo prednost zahteve standarda za izdelek.
