This Part of this European Prestandard specifies methods for the determination of the monomer terephthalic acid in food simulants; distilled water, 3 % w/v acetic acid aqueous solution, 15 % v/v ethanol aqueous solution and olive oil or its approved substitutes, sunflower oil or a mixture of synthetic triglycerides. The methods are capable of determining terephthalic acid in the food simulants at the level of the specific migration limit in Commission Directive 90/128/EEC.

Dieser Teil dieser Europäischen Vornorm legt Verfahren fest zur Bestimmung des Monomers Terephthalsäure in den Prüflebensmitteln Wasser, Essigsäure 3% (m/v), Ethanol 15% (v/v) und Olivenöl oder einem seiner Substitute (Sonnenblumenöl bzw. ein Gemisch synthetischer Triglyceride). Man kann mit den Verfahren Terephthalsäure in den Prüflebensmitteln im Bereich des spezifischen Migrationsgrenzwertes der EU-Richtlinie 90/128/EWG bestimmen.

La présente partie de cette prénorme européenne précise les méthodes de détermination de l'acide téréphtalique monomère dans les simulants: eau distillée, solution aqueuse acide acétique à 3%p/v, solution aqueuse d'éthanol à 15%v/v et huile d'olive ou ses substituts autorisés, huile de tournesol ou mélange de triglycérides synthétiques. Les méthodes permettent de déterminer l'acide téréphtalique dans les simulants au niveau de la limite de migration spécifique précisée dans la directive 90/128/CEE de la Commission.
