This part of prEN 12625 specifies a test method for the determination of the tensile strength, stretch at break and tensile energy absorption of tissue paper and tissue products using a tensile testing apparatus operating with a constant rate of elongation. This European Standard also specifies the method of calculating the tensile index and the tensile energy absorption index.

Dieser Teil der prEN 12625 legt ein Prüfverfahren zur Bestimmung der breitenbezogenen Bruchkraft, Bruchdehnung und des Arbeitsaufnahmevermögens von Tissue-Papier und Tissue-Produkten fest. Hierfür wird ein Zugprüfgerät, das mit konstanter Dehngeschwindigkeit arbeitet, verwendet. Diese Europäische Norm legt außerdem noch ein Verfahren zur Berechnung des Bruchkraftindexes und des Arbeitsaufnahmevermögen-Indexes fest.
