Hand-held portable power tools - Test methods for evaluation of vibration emission - Part 13: Fastener driving tools (ISO 28927-13:2022)

This document specifies a laboratory method for measuring the vibration at the handle of fastener driving tools. It is a type test procedure for establishing the vibration value on the handle of a hand-held power tool operating under a specified load.
This document is applicable to fastener driving tools driven pneumatically or by other means, using nails, staples or pins.
This document is applicable to tools with single sequential actuation, contact actuation, contact actuation with automatic reversion or continual contact actuation (see Figures 1 to 3).
This document is not applicable to tools operating in full sequential mode due to their much longer intervals in between individual actuations. However, to provide an indication for comparison of different tools of this type (see Figures 4 and 5), Annex C provides informative guidance.
NOTE       Today current knowledge does not allow any conclusions regarding physiological and pathological effects between isolated shocks and continuous shock sequences, and their repetition rates.

Dieses Dokument legt ein Laborverfahren zur Messung der Schwingungen an den Handgriffen von Eintreibgeräten fest. Es handelt sich um ein Messverfahren zur Ermittlung des Schwingungs¬kennwerts (Schwingungsemissionswerts) am Handgriff einer handgehaltenen motorbetriebenen Maschine, die unter vorgegebener Belastung arbeitet.
Dieses Dokument ist anzuwenden für pneumatisch oder anderweitig angetriebene Eintreibgeräte, die für Nägel, Klammern oder Stifte bestimmt sind.
Dieses Dokument ist anzuwenden für Geräte mit Einzelauslösung mit Werkstückkontakt, Kontaktauslösung, Kontaktauslösung mit automatischer Rücksetzung oder kontinuierlicher Kontaktauslösung (siehe Bild 1 bis Bild 3).
Dieses Dokument ist nicht anzuwenden für Geräte, die über Einzelauslösung mit Sicherungsfolge betätigt werden, da die Zeitabstände zwischen den Einzelauslösungen wesentlich größer sind. Um jedoch einen Anhaltspunkt für den Vergleich verschiedener Geräte dieser Art (siehe Bild 4 und Bild 5) zu bieten, enthält Anhang C informative Leitlinien.
ANMERKUNG   Der derzeitige Kenntnisstand lässt keine Rückschlüsse auf physiologische und pathologische Auswirkungen von Einzelstößen im Unterschied zu andauernden Stoßfolgen und deren Wiederholhäufigkeit zu.

Le présent document spécifie une méthode de mesurage en laboratoire des vibrations au niveau des poignées des machines à enfoncer les fixations. Il s'agit d'un mode opératoire type qui permet de déterminer la valeur des vibrations sur les machines portatives à moteur fonctionnant à une charge spécifique.
Le présent document s'applique aux machines à enfoncer les fixations, pneumatiques ou entraînées par un autre dispositif en utilisant des clous, des agrafes ou des broches.
Le présent document s'applique aux machines à fonctionnement séquentiel unique, à fonctionnement par contact, à fonctionnement par contact avec retour automatique ou à fonctionnement par contact continu (voir Figures 1 à 3).
Le présent document ne s'appliques pas aux machines à fonctionnement séquentiel complet en raison de leurs intervalles beaucoup plus longs entre les actionnements individuels. Toutefois, afin de fournir une indication pour la comparaison de différents outils de ce type (voir Figures 4 et 5), l'Annexe C fournit des conseils informatifs.
NOTE            Les connaissances actuelles ne permettent pas de tirer des conclusions quant aux effets physiologiques et pathologiques entre les chocs isolés et les séquences de chocs continus, et leurs fréquences de répétition.

Ta dokument določa laboratorijsko metodo za merjenje vibracij na ročaju orodij za pritrjevanje/zabijanje. To je postopek tipskega preskusa za določitev vrednosti vibracij na ročaju ročnega električnega orodja, ki deluje pod določeno obremenitvijo. Ta dokument se ne uporablja za orodja za pritrjevanje/zabijanje z uporabo žebljev, sponk ali zatičev, ki se upravljajo pnevmatsko ali kako drugače. Ta dokument se uporablja za orodja s posamezno zaporedno sprožitvijo, kontaktno sprožitvijo, kontaktno sprožitvijo s samodejno ali zvezno kontaktno sprožitvijo (glej slike od 1 do 3). Ta dokument se ne uporablja za orodja, ki delujejo v polnem zaporednem načinu, saj so intervali med posameznimi sproženji precej daljši. Vendar pa dodatek C podaja informativna navodila za okvirno primerjavo različnih orodij tega tipa (glej sliki 4 in 5). OPOMBA: Na podlagi trenutnih informacij ni mogoče sklepati o fizioloških in patoloških vplivih med izoliranimi udarci in zaporedji neprekinjenih udarcev ter njihovimi hitrostmi ponavljanja.

This document (EN ISO 28927-13:2022) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 118
"Compressors and pneumatic tools, machines and equipment" in collaboration with Technical
Committee CEN/TC 231 “Mechanical vibration and shock” the secretariat of which is held by DIN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by September 2022, and conflicting national standards
shall be withdrawn at the latest by September 2022.

This European Standard has been prepared under a Commission’s standardization request "M/396
Mandate to CEN and CENELEC for Standardisation in the field of machinery" to provide one voluntary
means of conforming to essential requirements of Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament
and of the Council of 17 May 2006 on machinery, and amending Directive 95/16/EC (recast).
Once this standard is cited in the Official Journal of the European Union under that Directive,
compliance with the normative clauses of this standard given in Table ZA.1 confers, within the limits of
the scope of this standard, a presumption of conformity with the corresponding essential requirements
