Conservation of cultural property - Condition survey and report of built cultural heritage
This European Standard provides guidelines for a condition survey of built cultural heritage. It states how the condition of the built cultural heritage should be assessed, documented, recorded and reported on.
It encompasses evaluation of the condition of a building or other structure mainly by visual observation, together – when necessary – with simple measurements. The relevant data and documentation on the built cultural heritage should be collected and included in the report.
This European Standard can be applied to all built cultural heritage such as buildings, ruins, bridges and other standing structures. Built cultural heritage comprises both protected and non-protected significant buildings and structures. Archaeological sites and cultural landscapes are not dealt with in this standard.
This European Standard does not specify how to carry out a diagnosis (3.7) of the built cultural heritage. For listed/protected immovable heritage, specific national rules for expert documentation and works may apply.
This European Standard may be applied in order to:
a) identify maintenance measures and the need for further investigation and diagnostics of damage;
b) define procurement needs and the requirement for detailed specification;
c) provide a unified method to obtain comparative data, when carrying out a condition survey for a group of buildings or a region.
Erhaltung des kulturellen Erbes - Zustandserhebung und Bericht für das gebaute Kulturerbe
Diese Europäische Norm legt Leitlinien für die Zustandserhebung bei gebautem kulturellen Erbe fest. Sie beschreibt, wie der Zustand des gebauten kulturellen Erbes bewertet, dokumentiert, aufgezeichnet und wie darüber berichtet werden sollte.
Sie umfasst die Bewertung des Zustands eines Gebäudes oder anderen Bauwerks durch visuelle Beobachtungen, zusammen mit, wenn erforderlich, einfachen Messungen. Maßgebliche Daten und Dokumentationen über das gebaute Kulturerbe sollten gesammelt und im Bericht eingebunden werden.
Diese Europäische Norm kann auf alle Objekte des gebauten kulturellen Erbes angewendet werden, wie Gebäude, Ruinen, Natursteinmauern, Brücken und andere stehende Konstruktionen. Das gebaute kulturelle Erbe umfasst sowohl geschützte als auch ungeschützte bedeutende Gebäude und Bauwerke. Archäologische Grabungsstätten und Kulturlandschaften werden in dieser Norm nicht behandelt.
Diese Europäische Norm legt nicht fest, wie eine Diagnose (3.7) von gebautem Kulturerbe durchzuführen ist. Für unter Schutz gestelltes gebautes Kulturerbe können besondere nationale Regelungen zur fachkundigen Dokumentation gelten.
Diese Norm kann angewendet werden auf:
a) die Identifizierung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und die Notwendigkeit weiterer Untersuchungen und Schadensdiagnosen;
b) die Festlegung von Auftragsnotwendigkeiten und die Voraussetzung für detaillierte Vorgaben;
c) die Bereitstellung einer einheitlichen Methode, um Vergleichsdaten zu gewinnen, wenn Zustandserhebungen für eine Gruppe von Gebäuden oder eine Region ausgeführt werden.
Conservation des biens culturels - Évaluation et rapport sur l'état du patrimoine culturel bâti
La présente Norme européenne donne des lignes directrices pour établir une évaluation de l'état du patrimoine culturel bâti. Elle indique la manière dont l'état du patrimoine culturel bâti doit être enregistré, examiné, documenté et dont le rapport doit être présenté.
Elle comprend l'évaluation de l'état d'un bâtiment ou de toute autre structure menée principalement par l'observation visuelle, associée, si nécessaire, à des relevés de mesures simples. Il convient que des données et la documentation pertinentes relative à l'édifice soient rassemblées et inclus dans le rapport.
La présente Norme européenne peut être appliquée à tout le patrimoine culturel bâti tel que des bâtiments, des ruines, des ponts et d'autres structures édifiées. Il englobe à la fois les bâtiments protégés et autres bâtiments historiques en général. Les sites archéologiques et les paysages culturels ne sont pas traités dans la présente norme.
La présente Norme européenne ne précise pas la manière de procéder pour réaliser un diagnostic (3.7) du patrimoine culturel bâti. Pour le patrimoine culturel immobilier protégé, des règles nationales spécifiques peuvent s'appliquer pour la documentation et les travaux spécialisés.
La présente Norme européenne peut être appliquée pour :
a) identifier les interventions d'entretien et les besoins d'une investigation plus approfondie et de diagnostics des pathologies ou altérations ;
b) définir les besoins en matière de contrats et les exigences de spécifications techniques détaillées ;
c) fournir une méthode harmonisée afin d'obtenir des données comparatives lorsqu'une évaluation de l'état est réalisée sur un groupe de bâtiments ou sur une région.
Ohranjanje kulturne dediščine - Raziskovanje in poročanje o zgradbah kulturne dediščine
Ta evropski standard določa smernice za raziskovanje zgradb kulturne dediščine. Navaja način vrednotenja, dokumentiranja in zapisa zgradb kulturne dediščine ter poročanja o njih. Zajema oceno stanja zgradbe ali druge strukture predvsem z opazovanjem po potrebi v kombinaciji z enostavnimi meritvami. Relevantne podatke in dokumentacijo o zgradbah kulturne dediščine je treba zbrati in vključiti v poročilo. Ta evropski standard se lahko uporablja za vse zgradbe kulturne dediščine, kot so zgradbe, ruševine, mostovi in druge stoječe konstrukcije. Med zgradbe kulturne dediščine spadajo zaščitene in nezaščitene pomembne zgradbe in konstrukcije. Ta standard ne zajema arheoloških najdišč in kulturne krajine. Ta evropski standard ne določa načina za ocenjevanje (3.7) zgradb kulturne dediščine. Za navedeno/zaščiteno nepremično dediščino se lahko uporabljajo posebna nacionalna pravila za strokovno dokumentacijo in delo. Ta evropski standard se lahko uporabi za: a) opredelitev vzdrževalnih ukrepov in potrebe za nadaljnjo preiskavo in oceno škode; b) določitev nabavnih potreb in zahtevo po podrobni specifikaciji; c) zagotovitev enotne metode za pridobitev primerljivih podatkov med raziskovanjem skupine zgradb ali regije.
