Execution of special geotechnical work - Grouting

This standard is applicable to the execution, testing and monitoring of geotechnical grouting work. Specific aspects concerning design are provided since ENV 1997-4 has been abandoned. Grouting for geotechnical purposes (geotechnical grouting) is a process in which the remote placement of a pumpable material in the ground is indirectly controlled by adjusting its rheological characteristics and by the
manipulation of the placement parameters (pressure, volume and the flow rate). The following principles and methods of geotechnical grouting are covered by this standard : - displacement grouting (compaction grouting, hydraulic fracturing) ; - grouting without displacement of the host material (permeation, fissure grouting, bulk filling). Specialised grouting activities, generally associated with structural and/or emergency works, are not covered by this standard.

Ausführung von besonderen geotechnischen Arbeiten (Spezialtiefbau) - Injektionen

Diese Norm ist auf Ausführung, Prüfung und Überwachung geotechnischer Injektionsarbeiten anwendbar. Da ENV 1997-4 aufgegeben wurde, werden bestimmte Planungsaspekte miterfaßt. Die Injektion mit geotechnischer Zielsetzung (geotechnische Injektion) ist ein Vorgang, bei dem die Einbringung eines pumpbaren Materials in den Baugrund indirekt kontrolliert wird, indem die rheologischen Kennwerte des Materials entsprechend angepaßt und die Einbringungsparameter (Druck, Volumen und Durchflußrate) gesteuert werden.
Folgende Prinzipien und Verfahren der geotechnischen Injektionen werden in dieser Norm behandelt: - Injektionen mit Baugrundverdrängung (Verdichtungsinjektion, hydraulische Aufbrechinjektion) ; - Injektion ohne Baugrundverdrängung (Poreninjektion, Kluftinjektion, Hohlraumverfüllung). Spezielle Injektionsanwendungen, welche allgemein mit Bauarbeiten verbunden sind, oder welche aus Katastrophenfällen resultieren, werden in dieser Norm nicht erfaßt.

Exécution des travaux géotechniques spéciaux - Injection

La présente norme s'applique à l'exécution, aux essais et au contrôle de travaux d'injection. Par suite de l'abandon de l'ENV 1997-4, certains points particuliers relatifs à la conception sont traités ici. L'injection à des fins géotechniques (injection géotechnique) est un procédé qui consiste à introduire à distance dans le terrain un matériau pouvant être pompé, la maîtrise en étant assurée indirectement en ajustant les caractéristiques rhéologiques du fluide pompé et en intervenant sur les paramètres de mise en place (pression, volume et débit). La présente norme s'applique aux principes et méthodes d'injection géotechnique suivants : - injection avec déplacement des terrains (injection solide, fracturation hydraulique) ; - injection sans déplacement des terrains (imprégnation, injection de fissure, injection de comblement). La présente norme ne s'applique pas aux travaux d'injection particuliers, qui sont en général associés aux travaux
effectués sur des structures, ou en urgence.
