Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen an eine Zweikomponenten-Polyurethan-Deckbeschichtung
fest, die in einer begrenzten Anzahl von Farben erhältlich ist und auf einen Primer für Innenanwendungen in
der Luft- und Raumfahrt aufzubringen ist, und die elastisch ist und eine hohe Beständigkeit gegen Angriffe
durch Flüssigkeiten aufweist.
Die in dieser Europäischen Norm festgelegten Eigenschaften werden an festgelegten Probenkörpern aus
Aluminiumlegierung ermittelt, die nach EN 3837 sowie nach EN 23270 hergestellt und mit Primer nach
EN 2435-003 beschichtet wurden. Die Eignung des Werkstoffes für eine bestimmte Anwendung (z. B.
